新生入园体验活动的设计和实施

【摘要】：很多幼儿园都在积极探索缓解新入园幼儿的焦虑状况的策略,产生入园焦虑的因素有很多,我们认为家长带着孩子与老师及幼儿园的第一次接触和活动尤为重要。在这方面,我园精心设计了"大手牵小手,去上幼儿园"新生入园亲子体验活动,通过活动让孩子感受到幼儿园生活的乐趣,让家长了解幼儿园生活以及老师的教育方式,也让老师能发现家长和孩子的特点,为度过入园焦虑期打好基础。
[Abstract]:Many kindergartens are actively exploring strategies to alleviate the anxiety of new children. There are many factors that lead to anxiety. We think it is very important for parents to bring their children into contact with teachers and kindergartens for the first time. In this respect, my garden has carefully designed the "big hands and small hands, go to kindergarten" new students enter the kindergarten to experience activities, through activities to let children feel the fun of kindergarten life, let parents understand kindergarten life and the way teachers educate. Teachers can also discover the characteristics of parents and children, to get through the anxiety period.
