培养幼儿问题意识的教育策略

【摘要】:儿童是天生的探索者,幼儿园教育应保护并促进幼儿好奇心的发展,培养幼儿乐于探索的问题意识。这要求教师必须更新教育观念,创新教育行为,不仅要善于建立鼓励儿童发问与探索的物质环境,更要注重宽容、平等的心理环境的创设,能够在日常生活、游戏活动与教育活动中捕捉到幼儿的问题意识,并鼓励他们提问与寻找答案。这一过程同时也是培养幼儿良好个性与认知品质的过程,需要家长与社区的共同努力。幼儿园应善于激发家长参与的热情,并充分利用社区资源。
[Abstract]:Children are natural explorers. Kindergarten education should protect and promote the development of children's curiosity and cultivate their awareness of the problems they are willing to explore. This requires teachers to renew their educational concepts and to innovate their educational behavior. They should not only be good at building a material environment that encourages children to ask questions and explore, but also pay attention to the creation of a tolerant and equal psychological environment that can be used in daily life. Games and educational activities capture children's awareness of questions and encourage them to ask questions and find answers. This process is also a process of cultivating children's good personality and cognitive quality, which requires the joint efforts of parents and communities. Kindergarten should be good at arousing parents' enthusiasm for participation and make full use of community resources.
