边缘儿童游戏治疗的生态学取向研究

【摘要】: 边缘儿童是在正常学前教育机构中,游离于集体边缘、言行举止介于正常与异常边缘的儿童,他们的存在引起了教师和家长的关注,但相关的研究文献还不多见。 以游戏作为沟通媒介,让儿童以“玩"来表达情感、缓解问题的游戏治疗,在国外的研究非常普遍。在中国,该研究还处于起步阶段,研究文献不足百篇,学前教育领域的研究成果更是稀少。 生态学为儿童教育的研究提供了一个综合、全面、立体、动态地看待儿童发展的全新的研究视角。从生态学的视角来研究边缘儿童的游戏治疗,还是一块有待开垦的土地。 本研究运用质的研究方法,从生态学的视角出发,通过创设满足儿童需要的新环境,改善与修复已有的生态环境,对十名边缘儿童进行游戏干预。研究发现:第一,生态系统的失衡是导致边缘儿童产生的根本原因,其中,家庭生态的失衡是儿童边缘化的诱因,同伴欠缺加剧了儿童的边缘化倾向,教师忽视加深了儿童边缘化的程度。第二,游戏是帮助边缘儿童表达问题的重要方法;第三,生态学取向的游戏干预具有改善边缘儿童现状的功能。通过“家长参与”、“同伴介入”、“教师关注”等干预方式,修复或改善边缘儿童的生态环境系统,使边缘儿童的问题得以缓解或消除,使边缘儿童因顺应生态系统的平衡而逐渐回归到正常的同伴群体。论文通过大量的个案研究实例,深入分析了边缘儿童在游戏治疗中的问题和变化。研究证明:生态学视角的游戏干预不仅能有效改善边缘儿童的状况,而且,创设和谐支持的生态环境可以预防边缘儿童的产生。据此,研究者从教育的角度提出了教育工作者的思考及相应的建议。
[Abstract]:Marginal children are children whose behavior and behavior are between normal and abnormal in normal preschool institutions. Their existence has attracted the attention of teachers and parents, but the relevant research literature is still rare. It is very common for children to use play as communication medium to express their feelings and ease their problems. In China, the research is still in its infancy. Ecology provides a comprehensive, stereoscopic and dynamic perspective for the study of children's education. To study the game therapy of marginal children from an ecological perspective is still a land to be reclaimed. In this study, using qualitative research methods, from the perspective of ecology, by creating a new environment to meet the needs of children, and improving and repairing the existing ecological environment, ten marginal children were involved in the game intervention. The results show that: first, the imbalance of ecosystem is the root cause of marginal children, among which, the imbalance of family ecology is the inducement of children's marginalization, and the lack of peers exacerbates the tendency of children's marginalization. Teacher neglect deepens the marginalization of children. Second, play is an important method to help marginal children to express their problems; third, ecologically oriented game intervention has the function of improving the status quo of marginal children. Through such interventions as "parental participation", "peer intervention", "teacher concern" and so on, the ecological system of marginal children can be repaired or improved, so that the problems of marginalized children can be alleviated or eliminated. To make marginal children gradually return to normal peer group in order to adapt to ecosystem balance. Based on a large number of case studies, this paper analyzes the problems and changes of children at risk in game therapy. It is proved that the game intervention from ecological perspective can not only effectively improve the situation of marginal children, but also can prevent the generation of marginal children by creating a harmonious and supportive ecological environment. Accordingly, the researcher puts forward the educator's thought and the corresponding suggestion from the angle of education.
