资源交换视野下的园校合作调查研究

【摘要】:高校与幼儿园开展合作关系是促进教师专业成长的有效途径之一,通过问卷调查、访谈、内容分析等方法对园校合作促进教师专业发展的实践活动进行研究。通过对调查资料进行统计分析,探讨了高校与幼儿园合作的需求、意向、对资源交换下园校合作的认识以及如何保证资源交换视野下的园校合作;针对调查所反映出的问题和合作期望,提出进一步改善和优化资源交换下的园校合作的实施策略。
[Abstract]:The cooperative relationship between colleges and kindergartens is one of the effective ways to promote teachers' professional growth. Through questionnaire survey, interview, content analysis and other methods, this paper studies the practical activities of cooperative promotion of teachers' professional development. Through the statistical analysis of the investigation data, this paper probes into the demand and intention of the cooperation between the university and the kindergarten, the understanding of the cooperation between the college and the kindergarten under the resource exchange and how to ensure the cooperation under the view of the resource exchange. Aiming at the problems reflected in the investigation and the expectation of cooperation, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of further improving and optimizing the cooperation of garden and school under the exchange of resources.
