新教师“师徒结对”培养模式的问题与对策

【摘要】:"师徒结对"是促进新教师专业成长的有效途径。随着新课程改革的不断深入,"师徒结对"必须不断创新形式,变"一师一徒"为"一师多徒""一徒多师",做到重实效、重效率、重发展、重创新,挖掘其更深的内涵,发挥其更大的效能。
[Abstract]:"Teacher and apprenticeship joint" is an effective way to promote the professional growth of new teachers. With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, "teacher and apprenticeship joint" must be constantly innovated, changing "one teacher and one apprentice" as "one teacher and many apprentice", "an apprentice and a lot of teachers", so as to be effective, efficient, heavy development, heavy innovation, excavate its deeper connotation and play its greater effectiveness.
