幼儿园寄宿制特色课程实施的个案研究

【摘要】: 寄宿制幼儿园在我国已有50多年的历史,且随着经济的发展呈现逐年增加的趋势。但从对儿童发展的影响来说,有关专家针对学前期幼儿的寄宿教育问题一直争论不休,褒贬不一。最根本的问题就在于,寄宿制幼儿园应该如何弥补幼儿所欠缺的父母关爱,加强孩子与家长之间的情感联系。 在我国针对寄宿幼儿专门设置的课程很少见,针对寄宿制幼儿特点和需求进行教育活动整体实施的研究更是鲜见。本文以上海市Z幼儿园为个案,采用文献法、观察法、访谈法等对Z幼儿园的寄宿制特色课程的设置、实施的现状及影响因素进行了研究与分析,并提出了建议。 本研究首先从理论上梳理了课程、园本课程与寄宿制特色课程之间的关系,强调了寄宿制教育的独特性和设置寄宿制特色课程的必要性。 其次,在课程实施现状中,本研究描述了Z幼儿园设置和开展寄宿制特色课程的情况;并对课程目标的确定、课程内容的选择、课程的组织和实施方面进行了客观分析;通过观察和访谈,研究指出教师自身的因素(教师的知识能力、教师的信念、教师的课程实施取向等)和外部的影响因素(政策的支持、教学资源、z幼儿园的文化氛围等)是相互关联的,直接制约特色课程的实施成败。 根据对Z幼儿园寄宿制特色课程实施的现状及影响因素的分析,本研究对Z幼儿园特色课程实施提出了如下建议:1、建构幼儿园课程建设共同体,结合园长、教师、专家、教育部门等全方位、多角度的力量共同建设和修整课程;2、尝试多元化的课程研究,加强“个人反思”与“伙伴共生”的群体精神,促进教师的专业发展;3、通过有效途径寻求家长和社会的支持。
[Abstract]:Boarding kindergartens have been in our country for more than 50 years, and with the development of economy, the trend is increasing year by year. However, from the perspective of children's development, experts have been arguing about early childhood boarding education. The fundamental problem is how to make up for the lack of parental care and strengthen the emotional relationship between children and parents. The special curriculum for boarding children is very rare in our country, and the research on the overall implementation of educational activities in response to the characteristics and needs of boarding children is even less. Taking Z kindergarten in Shanghai as an example, this paper studies and analyzes the characteristic curriculum of boarding system in Z kindergarten by means of literature, observation and interview, and puts forward some suggestions. This research firstly combs the relationship between curriculum, garden curriculum and boarding characteristic course theoretically, and emphasizes the uniqueness of boarding education and the necessity of setting up boarding characteristic curriculum. Secondly, in the course implementation present situation, this research has described the Z kindergarten establishment and the development boarding system characteristic curriculum situation, and has carried on the objective analysis to the curriculum goal determination, the curriculum content choice, the curriculum organization and the implementation aspect; Through observations and interviews, the study points out the factors of teachers themselves (teachers' knowledge ability, teachers' beliefs, teachers' curriculum implementation orientation, etc.) and external factors (policy support). The cultural atmosphere of the kindergarten is related to each other, which directly restricts the success or failure of the implementation of the characteristic curriculum. Based on the analysis of the current situation and the influencing factors of the implementation of Z kindergarten boarding characteristic curriculum, this study puts forward the following suggestions for the Z kindergarten characteristic curriculum implementation: 1, constructing the kindergarten curriculum construction community, combining with the kindergarten directors, teachers, experts, etc. Education departments and other all-round, multi-angle forces to jointly build and repair the curriculum, trying to diversify curriculum research, to strengthen "personal reflection" and "partner symbiosis" group spirit, To promote the professional development of teachers and seek the support of parents and society through effective ways.
