农村幼儿园转岗教师状况及专业发展调查研究——以绵阳市为例

【摘要】:通过对绵阳农村地区入职1至2年的44名幼儿园转岗教师进行调查研究,对转岗教师的基本情况、工作适应性、专业能力、专业态度、专业知识的发展进行了数据统计分析,并结合问题提出有针对性的措施。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and study of 44 transferred kindergarten teachers in Mianyang rural area for one to two years, the basic situation, job adaptability, professional ability, professional attitude and professional knowledge development of the transferred teachers were analyzed statistically. And combined with the problem put forward targeted measures.
