“高校—幼儿园”专业实践共同体的内涵与特征

【摘要】:"U-K"专业实践共同体是高校与幼儿园基于合作共赢的目的共同建设的、有助于高校人才培养和幼儿园教师专业成长的新型组织。"U-K"专业实践共同体具有以专业学习为核心、以专业成长为目标、以参与式实践为途径的特征,对于学前教育专业在校生、幼儿园教师和高校教师的专业成长具有不可替代的重要价值。
[Abstract]:The "U-K" professional practice community is a new type of organization, which is based on the goal of cooperation and win-win cooperation between universities and kindergartens, and is helpful to the cultivation of talents and the professional growth of kindergarten teachers. The "U-K" professional practice community has a professional learning as its core. The characteristics of taking professional growth as the goal and taking the participatory practice as the way have irreplaceable important value for the professional growth of preschool education students, kindergarten teachers and teachers in colleges and universities.
