西安市幼儿园教研工作现状调查与研究

【摘要】: 幼儿园教研是把关于幼儿园课程教学研究的立足点放在幼儿园,以解决幼儿园在新课程改革中所面对的各种具体的、实际的问题为对象,以幼儿园教师和保育员为研究主体,以促进幼儿健康、主动、充分发展和教师专业成长为主要目的的一种研究性活动。将教学研究工作的重心下移到幼儿园的教学一线,形成与新课程相适应的以园为本的教学研究制度,这是当前我国幼儿园发展和教师专业成长的现实要求与紧迫任务,也是深化幼儿园教学改革的方向和重点所在。因此,对西安市幼儿园教研问题的研究将具有特定的实际意义。基于以上情况,本研究以西安市的九所幼儿园作为研究对象,,随机选取了各园的副园长、保教主任、幼儿教师和保育员等共计290名,运用问卷调查、参与观察与深入访谈的方法,考察西安市幼儿园教研工作的实际情况。 本文主要从现状、问题与原因分析以及对策三个方面对西安市幼儿园教研工作的状况做了全面的阐述。在对调查资料分析的基础上,研究者总结出西安市幼儿园教研工作的现状;通过实证调查、观察与访谈的方法,揭示并剖析西安市幼儿园教研工作现存的问题以及问题产生的原因;最后,研究者对幼儿园合理科学有效地开展教研工作提出了比较具体的策略和建议。为提高幼儿园保育和教育质量和促进幼儿教师的专业发展提供一定的借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten teaching and research is based on the kindergarten curriculum teaching research in kindergarten, in order to solve the kindergarten in the new curriculum reform in the face of a variety of specific, practical problems as the object, with kindergarten teachers and nurseries as the main body of research. A research activity aimed at promoting children's health, initiative, full development and professional development of teachers. It is an urgent task to shift the focus of teaching research to the front line of kindergarten teaching and to form a teaching research system based on garden, which is suitable for the new curriculum. This is the realistic requirement and urgent task for the development of kindergartens and the professional growth of teachers in our country. It is also the direction and key point of deepening kindergarten teaching reform. Therefore, the study of kindergarten teaching and research in Xi'an will have specific practical significance. Based on the above situation, this study took nine kindergartens in Xi'an as the research object, and randomly selected 290 kindergarten directors, nursing directors, preschool teachers and nurseries, etc. Participate in observation and in-depth interview methods, investigate the actual situation of kindergarten teaching and research in Xi'an. This article mainly from the present situation, the question and the reason analysis as well as the countermeasure three aspects has made the comprehensive elaboration to the Xi'an kindergarten teaching and research work condition. Based on the analysis of the investigation data, the researcher sums up the present situation of the kindergarten teaching and research work in Xi'an, and through the empirical investigation, the methods of observation and interview, This paper reveals and analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the kindergarten teaching and research work in Xi'an. Finally, the researcher puts forward some specific strategies and suggestions for the reasonable, scientific and effective development of the teaching and research work in the kindergartens. To improve the quality of nursery care and education and to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers to provide some reference and inspiration.
