幼儿园创造教育研究

【摘要】:培养创造力应该从幼儿阶段开始。幼儿不仅有创造的潜能,幼儿阶段也是创造力发展和培养的关键期。幼儿创造力的发展对于个体全面的发展有着重要的意义。文章在大量文献的基础上,进行了访谈和调查研究,综合运用了多种研究方法,从以下几个部分探讨了我国幼儿园创造教育: 第一部分对幼儿创造教育进行概述。文章首先简要阐述幼儿创造力的基本特征,对幼儿创造力发展的规律进行初步探讨,指出幼儿创造力是在与环境的互动过程中逐步发展起来的,是在活动中逐步发展起来的。随后,文章明确幼儿创造教育的目的是充分发挥人的创造潜能,幼儿创造教育的任务主要是维系幼儿创造自由发展的空间,让幼儿保持创造的活力和欲望。 第二部分是对我国幼儿园创造教育的现状及其原因的分析。文章首先重点考察了我国幼儿园在幼儿创造力的认识、创造教育的途径、教学方法和评价等方面的状况。然后从内外两方面简要分析文化传统、幼儿园管理、学校教育制度以及传统的幼儿教育对幼儿园创造教育的影响。 第三部分着重探讨如何改进幼儿园教育,使其在幼儿创造力发展过程中发挥主导作用。从幼儿园自身来讲,首先是要正确认识幼儿的创造力;其次创设环境让幼儿自主发展;同时改革现有的幼儿园教育(包括幼儿园管理、教学方法,教师观、教育评价等),充分发挥教育的主导作用,引导和帮助幼儿发展其创造力。从幼儿园外部条件来讲,家庭和政府为幼儿园创造教育创设良好的环境,提供支撑和协助。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of creativity should begin in early childhood. Young children not only have the potential to create, but also the key period of creativity development and cultivation. The development of children's creativity is of great significance to the overall development of individuals. Based on a large number of documents, the article has conducted interviews and investigations, and has comprehensively used various research methods. This paper discusses the creativeness education of kindergartens in our country from the following parts: the first part is an overview of creativeness education for young children. At first, the article briefly expounds the basic characteristics of children's creativity, discusses the law of the development of children's creativity, and points out that the children's creativity develops step by step in the process of interaction with the environment, and gradually develops in the activities. Then, it is clear that the purpose of infant creative education is to give full play to the creative potential of human beings. The task of infant creative education is to maintain the space for children to create free development, so that children can maintain their creative vitality and desire. The second part is the analysis of the present situation and reasons of creativeness education in kindergartens in China. At first, the paper focuses on the understanding of children's creativity, the ways of creative education, teaching methods and evaluation. Then it briefly analyzes the influence of cultural tradition, kindergarten management, school education system and traditional early childhood education on kindergarten creation education from both internal and external aspects. The third part focuses on how to improve kindergarten education and make it play a leading role in the development of children's creativity. From the kindergarten itself, first of all, it is necessary to correctly understand the creativity of young children, secondly, to create an environment for children to develop independently. At the same time, we should reform the existing kindergarten education (including kindergarten management, teaching methods, teachers' view, educational evaluation, etc.), give full play to the leading role of education, guide and help young children to develop their creativity. From the kindergarten's external condition, the family and the government creates the good environment for the kindergarten education, provides the support and the assistance.
