农村幼儿教师职业倦怠的特点及其与主观幸福感的关系

【摘要】:以379名农村幼儿教师为被试,采用问卷法考察了农村幼儿教师职业倦怠的现状及其与主观幸福感的关系。结果发现:农村幼儿教师职业倦怠普遍存在,在情绪衰竭维度较严重,且存在年龄和教龄差异;公办幼儿园幼儿教师职业倦怠总分、非人性化和个人成就感降低得分显著高于集体幼儿园和民办幼儿园教师;农村幼儿教师职业倦怠总分和各维度得分与主观幸福感总分以及各维度得分均呈显著负相关。
[Abstract]:Using 379 rural preschool teachers as subjects, the present situation of job burnout of rural preschool teachers and the relationship between job burnout and subjective well-being of rural preschool teachers were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that job burnout of preschool teachers in rural areas was common and serious in the dimension of emotional exhaustion, and there were differences in age and teaching age. The scores of job burnout, dehumanization and personal accomplishment of kindergarten teachers in public kindergartens were significantly higher than those in collective kindergartens and private kindergartens. The total score of job burnout and the scores of each dimension were negatively correlated with the total score of subjective well-being and the scores of each dimension.
