影响学前儿童社会化的诸因素及对策研究

【摘要】:社会化是教育学、社会学、心理学和人类学等学科共同关注的课题,我国的全面发展教育已经包括了德、智、体、美、劳诸方面的内容,但是,我们仍能发现我国教育还有不尽如人意之处。其中,作为基础教育的起点,学前儿童的社会化培养一直没有给予应有的重视,致使一些孩子虽然学习成绩非常优异,但缺少必要的合作精神,社会生活能力与其年龄不相适应,社会适应能力差。如果不及时地进行教育,这些人在其未来的社会生活中将会遇到更多的困难。鉴于我国目前有关学前儿童社会化方面的系统理论还较少,已有的也是散见于报刊杂志。因此,本文从教育学、社会学和心理学的角度,对我国学前儿童社会化过程在调查研究的基础上进行系统的分析,找出存在的问题与不足,并通过与西方国家学前儿童教育进行比较,探讨出解决问题的途径。 影响我国学前儿童社会化的主要因素有四方面:家庭、幼儿园、同伴和大众传播媒介。民主平等的家庭教养方式、家庭环境最有利于儿童的社会化;幼儿园主要通过教师这一榜样示范来影响儿童,教师的言行态度对学前儿童社会化起着至关重要的作用;良好的同伴交往能促使儿童尽快地适应社会;大众传播媒介主要是通过电视和儿童读物来影响儿童的社会化。 在对国外发达国家的幼儿教育进行分析的基础上,提出我国学前儿童社会化过程中存在的不足并找出解决的办法:坚持科学的早期启蒙教育理念,在树立正确的儿童观、尊重孩子的个性差异的基础上进行正确的早期启蒙教育;并在全社会推广科学的早期教育方式,通过家庭、幼儿园、社会的共同努力,为孩子创造一个健康、和谐的成长环境,更好地促进学前儿童的社会化,为我国建设培养出更多有用之才。
[Abstract]:Socialization is a subject of common concern in pedagogy, sociology, psychology and anthropology. The overall development of education in our country has included moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor aspects, but, We can still find that our education is still unsatisfactory. Among them, as the starting point of basic education, the socialization training of preschool children has not been given due attention, resulting in some children who have excellent academic performance but lack the necessary spirit of cooperation. The ability of social life does not match with its age, and the ability of social adaptation is poor. Without timely education, these people will encounter more difficulties in their future social life. In view of the fact that there are few systematic theories on the socialization of preschool children in our country, what has been published is scattered in newspapers and magazines. Therefore, from the angle of pedagogy, sociology and psychology, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the socialization process of preschool children in China on the basis of investigation and research, and finds out the existing problems and shortcomings. By comparing with preschool children's education in western countries, the ways to solve the problems are discussed. There are four main factors influencing the socialization of preschool children in China: family, kindergarten, peer and mass media. The democratic and equal family rearing style, the family environment is the most conducive to the socialization of children, kindergarten mainly through the example of teachers to influence children, teachers' attitude to the socialization of pre-school children play a vital role; Good companionship can promote children to adapt to the society as soon as possible, and the mass media mainly influence children's socialization through television and children's books. Based on the analysis of preschool education in developed countries, this paper points out the shortcomings in the socialization of preschool children in China and finds out the solutions to the problems: adhering to the scientific concept of early enlightenment education and setting up a correct view of children. Respect for children's personality differences on the basis of correct early enlightenment education; And promote the scientific early education way in the whole society, through the joint efforts of the family, kindergarten and society, to create a healthy and harmonious growing environment for the children, and better promote the socialization of preschool children. Cultivate more useful talents for the construction of our country.
