幼儿园园本教研的特点及存在问题研究

【摘要】: 幼儿园课程改革的逐步深入,为幼儿园和教师专业发展带来了前所未有的发展机遇,同时也对其提出了巨大挑战。幼儿园课程改革重心的下移和幼儿教师专业的需要,使得人们将关注的目光转向幼儿园,转向教学实践。园本教研的出现,满足了教师专业发展的时代要求,同时也把教育理论与教学实践有机联系起来。本论文立足于当前幼儿园园本教研的发展实际,归纳、分析了园本教研的特点及目前存在的问题,并提出发展建议。 论文由四部分构成: 第一部分:提出“教师成为研究者”是时代发展对教师的必然要求,园本教研是促进幼儿教师成为研究者的有效途径。 第二部分:结合园本教研的相关理论和具体实践,阐释幼儿园园本教研的特点有:园本教研是幼儿园的自主研究,园本教研提倡教研的多元与开放,园本教研强调教研制度的规范与保障等三大特点。 第三部分:分析园本教研开展现状,阐述园本教研在实践中存在的问题。主要包括:教研脱离教学实际、教师的教研主体地位不明确、教师教研素质不高、同伴互助和专业引领不足等方面。 第四部分:针对问题,从完善幼儿园管理机制和促进研究共同体形成两大方面对园本教研提出发展建议。
[Abstract]:The gradual deepening of curriculum reform in kindergartens brings unprecedented opportunities for the professional development of kindergartens and teachers, as well as a great challenge to them. The shift of kindergarten curriculum reform and the need of kindergarten teachers make people turn their attention to kindergarten and teaching practice. The appearance of garden-based teaching and research meets the requirements of teachers' professional development and organically links educational theory with teaching practice. Based on the development of kindergarten teaching and research, this paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of kindergarten based teaching and research, and puts forward some suggestions for development. The thesis is composed of four parts: the first part: the author points out that "teacher becoming a researcher" is an inevitable requirement of the development of the times for teachers, and kindergarten based teaching and research is an effective way to promote kindergarten teachers to become researchers. The second part: combined with the theory and practice of kindergarten-based teaching and research, it explains the characteristics of kindergarten-based teaching and research: kindergarten-based teaching and research is the independent research of kindergarten, and garden-based teaching and research advocates the pluralism and openness of teaching and research Garden-based teaching and research emphasizes the norms and safeguards of teaching and research system and other three major characteristics. The third part: analyze the present situation of garden-based teaching and research, expound the problems existing in the practice of garden-based teaching and research. It mainly includes: the teaching and research is divorced from the teaching practice, the teacher's main body position is not clear, the teacher's teaching and research quality is not high, the companion mutual aid and the professional guidance are insufficient and so on. The fourth part: aiming at the problems, the author puts forward suggestions on the development of kindergarten-based teaching and research from two aspects: perfecting the management mechanism of kindergarten and promoting the formation of research community.
