幼儿园幼儿自主活动的引导问题及对策研究

【摘要】: 承认幼儿自我能动性,尊重幼儿的人格和自主活动的权利,以及教师对幼儿学习活动的科学引导,这既是当代幼儿教育科学的核心理念,又是良好健康的幼儿自主活动开展的必要前提。基于这两方面,本研究根据当前幼儿教育理论研究的动向以及幼儿园活动课程改革的实际情况的反思,借助于自由教育理论、人本主义教学理论、主体性教学论、幼儿早期社会化理论以及开放教育理论,运用以调查为基础、文献法为主导的研究方法,对当前幼儿园幼儿自主活动的引导问题从理论和实践两个方面进行了初步探讨,发现并提出了八个主要方面的问题: 1.不善于观察、感受幼儿的心理体验; 2.室内活动过多; 3.直接控制方式较多,间接控制方式较少; 4.活动场地狭小,,幼儿分散自由活动不便; 5.集体活动为主; 6.保护过多; 7.玩具材料、教具、图书等种类数量少; 8.教师对幼儿有好恶之分。 并对这些问题从教师个人的个性、特征;教学的客观、情境条件;教育、教学的思想、经验三个方面进行了分析。最后提出了加强幼儿自主活动引导的四点对策与建议:1.加强幼儿教师教育思想的管理;2.创设教育环境,改善活动条件;3.重视幼儿教师的专业发展,提高幼儿教师的专业化水平;4.重视幼儿教师个性品质的塑造。
[Abstract]:Recognizing that children's self-initiative, respect for their personality and their right to independent activities, and teachers' scientific guidance to children's learning activities are both the core concepts of the science of contemporary early childhood education, It is also a necessary prerequisite for good and healthy young children to carry out their own activities. On the basis of these two aspects, according to the current research trend of preschool education theory and the reflection on the actual situation of kindergarten activity curriculum reform, with the help of free education theory, humanistic teaching theory and subjective teaching theory, this research is based on the theory of free education, humanistic teaching theory and subjective teaching theory. The theory of early childhood socialization and the theory of open education, using the research method based on investigation and literature as the leading method, have made a preliminary discussion on the guidance of kindergarten children's autonomous activities from both theoretical and practical aspects. Found and raised eight main aspects of the problem: 1. Not good at observing, feeling the psychological experience of young children; 2. Excessive indoor activities; 3. More direct control and less indirect control; 4. The activity space is small, the child disperses the free movement inconvenience; 5. The collective activity is dominant; (6) the protection is too much; 7. Toy materials, teaching aids, books, etc. A small number of categories; 8. Teachers of children have likes and dislikes. This paper also analyzes these problems from three aspects: teacher's personality, characteristics, objective teaching, situational conditions, education, teaching thought and experience. Finally, four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the guidance of children's independent activities: 1. To strengthen the management of preschool teachers' educational thoughts; 2. To create educational environment and to improve the conditions of activities; 3. Attach importance to the professional development of preschool teachers, improve the professional level of preschool teachers; 4. Attach importance to the shaping of the personality of preschool teachers.
