幼儿园教师师德培训的现状与困境

【摘要】：当前幼儿园教师师德培训的体系化建设正在加快步伐,也为更多幼儿教师提供了参与培训的机会,但也存在诸多问题,如幼儿园教师缺乏内在动机,培训人员的构成比例不合理,培训方式陈旧且单一,培训内容缺乏可操作性,培训规模大、频次少,培训中对资源的利用率低,培训效果缺乏持久性等。
[Abstract]:At present, the systematic construction of teachers' moral training in kindergarten teachers is speeding up, and it also provides more opportunities for preschool teachers to participate in the training, but there are also many problems, such as the lack of intrinsic motivation of kindergarten teachers. The ratio of training personnel is unreasonable, the training method is old and single, the training content is lack of maneuverability, the training scale is large, the frequency is less, the utilization rate of resources in training is low, the training effect is short of permanence and so on.
