兰州市区幼儿园幼儿体质现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】:关注人类健康是21世纪国际社会的共同主题。健康不仅是人类生存、发展的基础,而且健康水平的高低是衡量社会进步的标志。儿童的生活和生活质量很大程度上依附于成人,成人对健康的理念与处理会直接影响着幼儿的健康状况。幼儿健康意味着每个幼儿的平等的普遍发展。幼儿的健康教育是终生健康教育的基础阶段,也是幼儿园教育重要的组成部分。幼儿是国家未来的桥梁,是社会可持续发展的潜在生产力,它关系到国家未来强弱和民族盛衰,他们的体质是他们今后学习、生活的基础。关注幼儿的健康状况,是全社会及公民应尽的义务和责任。如何科学、有效地开展幼儿园的体育工作,是国家、民族及幼儿自身素质发展的需要。幼儿身体发展规律及相关因素分析是国民体质监测的重要组成部分,同时,也是幼儿教育工作者努力探索的课题。 本文通过实地测量、访谈、文献比较、调查、数据分析等方法,分析兰州市区幼儿园在园幼儿的体质状况,找出差距,提出解决的对策及建议。 第一部分,扼要阐述本论文研究的理论背景、文献综述、现状特点、目的意义。 第二部分,通过在幼儿园对幼儿的12个指标的实地测量,对测量数据进行处理,逐项进行分析,从中发现兰州市区幼儿园幼儿的体质特征,与全国的和甘肃省的常模比较,从中发现存在的问题。结论:兰州市幼儿的体格方面总体来说较好,但皮褶厚度高于全国和全省水平,上肢力量较好,男童的柔韧和下肢力量到较弱,女章的灵敏性和奔跑能力较弱,机能水平较差等。 第三部分,分析兰州市区幼儿园幼儿体质特征形成的原因,针对问题,提出解决的办法和对策,为幼儿园建议性的提供了大、中、小班部分体育活动的主题。
[Abstract]:Paying attention to human health is the common theme of the international community in the 21 st century. Health is not only the basis of human survival and development, but also the level of health is a symbol of social progress. Children's life and quality of life depend on adults to a large extent. Adults' concept and treatment of health will directly affect the health status of young children. The health of young children means the equal and universal development of every child. The health education of young children is the basic stage of lifelong health education, and it is also an important part of kindergarten education. Young children are the bridge of the country in the future and the potential productive forces of social sustainable development. It is related to the strength of the country in the future and the rise and fall of the nation. Their physique is the basis of their future study and life. It is the duty and responsibility of the whole society and citizens to pay attention to the health status of young children. How to carry out kindergarten physical education scientifically and effectively is the need of the development of the quality of the country, the nation and the children themselves. The analysis of children's physical development law and related factors is an important part of national physique monitoring, and it is also a subject that early childhood educators strive to explore. Through field measurement, interview, literature comparison, investigation, data analysis and other methods, this paper analyzes the physical condition of kindergarten children in Lanzhou city, finds out the gap, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. In the first part, the theoretical background, literature review, present situation and significance of this paper are briefly described. In the second part, through the field measurement of 12 indexes of children in kindergarten, the measurement data are processed and analyzed item by item, from which it is found that the physical characteristics of kindergarten children in Lanzhou urban area are compared with the norms of the whole country and Gansu Province. Problems are found from it. Conclusion: the physique of Lanzhou children is better, but the skinfold thickness is higher than that of the whole country and the whole province, the upper limb strength is better, the flexibility and lower limb strength of boys are weak, and the sensitivity and running ability of female seal are weak. The level of function is poor, etc. The third part analyzes the causes of the formation of physical characteristics of kindergarten children in Lanzhou city, and puts forward the solutions and countermeasures to provide the theme of some sports activities in large, medium and small classes for kindergartens.
