幼儿园课程目标文化的反思与重建

【摘要】:唤醒幼儿园课程自身的文化意识,建构起新型的幼儿园课程文化,已经成为当今幼儿教育领域比较关注的话题之一。幼儿园课程目标文化的反思与重建,作为幼儿园课程文化建设的基点,也随之提到了议事日程上来。本文从教育学、哲学、文化心理学等方面出发,本着理论与现实相结合的原则,以文献法和解释学方法为主要方法,分析和反思了当前我国幼儿园课程目标文化的现状,并提出了幼儿园课程目标文化重建的理论构想和实践建议。 论文主要由四个部分组成: 第一章:从当代文化变迁的要求和基础教育新课程改革的推动作用两个方面,来阐述幼儿园课程目标文化重建的时代背景,并进一步说明了本研究使用的研究方法。 第二章:分析和反思我国幼儿园课程目标文化中存在的问题。这些问题主要包括:幼儿园课程目标导向文化中多元文化的缺失、幼儿园课程目标内容文化中园本文化的缺失以及幼儿园课程目标实施文化中儿童文化的缺失等。 第三章:提出了幼儿园课程目标文化重建的理论构想:文化选择是幼儿园课程目标文化重建的首要环节,文化交流是幼儿园课程目标文化重建的主要活动,文化认同是幼儿园课程目标文化重建的终极追求。 第四章:提出了幼儿园课程目标文化重建的实践建议。幼儿园课程目标文化的有效重建,需要国家、社会、幼儿园等各方面的全面合作、支持。最重要的是要以幼儿教师专业的成长作为幼儿园课程目标文化重建的一大支点。
[Abstract]:Awakening the cultural consciousness of kindergarten curriculum and constructing a new kindergarten curriculum culture has become one of the more concerned topics in the field of early childhood education. The reflection and reconstruction of kindergarten curriculum target culture, as the basis of kindergarten curriculum culture construction, has also been put on the agenda. Starting from the aspects of pedagogy, philosophy, cultural psychology and the principle of combining theory with reality, this paper analyzes and reflects on the present situation of kindergarten curriculum target culture in China with the method of literature and hermeneutic as the main methods. The theoretical conception and practical suggestions of kindergarten curriculum target culture reconstruction are put forward. The thesis is mainly composed of four parts: the first chapter: from the requirements of contemporary cultural changes and the promotion of the new curriculum reform of basic education, to explain the background of the reconstruction of kindergarten curriculum target culture. The research methods used in this study are further explained. The second chapter analyzes and reflects on the problems existing in the target culture of kindergarten curriculum in our country. These problems mainly include the lack of multiculturalism in kindergarten curriculum goal-oriented culture, the lack of garden-based culture in kindergarten curriculum target content culture and the lack of children's culture in kindergarten curriculum goal implementation culture. The third chapter puts forward the theoretical conception of the reconstruction of kindergarten curriculum target culture: cultural choice is the first link of kindergarten curriculum target cultural reconstruction, and cultural exchange is the main activity of kindergarten curriculum target cultural reconstruction. Cultural identity is the ultimate pursuit of kindergarten curriculum target cultural reconstruction. The fourth chapter puts forward some practical suggestions on the reconstruction of kindergarten curriculum target culture. The effective reconstruction of kindergarten curriculum target culture needs the comprehensive cooperation and support of the state, society, kindergarten and so on. The most important thing is to take the professional growth of kindergarten teachers as a fulcrum of kindergarten curriculum target culture reconstruction.
