园校结合的学前英语教育师资培养模式探究——以吉首大学师范学院为例

【摘要】：学前英语教育的发展要求培养高质量的学前英语教育师资,吉首大学师范学院通过10年探索,在人才培养模式方面逐渐成熟,本文从"园"校结合,校"地"合作的培养模式方面进行了总结,以期抛砖引玉,推动我国学前教育的研究和发展。
[Abstract]:The development of preschool English education requires the training of high quality preschool English education teachers. Jishou University Teachers College has gradually matured in terms of talent training mode through 10 years of exploration. This paper combines with "Yuan" school. This paper summarizes the training mode of school "land" cooperation in order to promote the research and development of preschool education in China.
