关于高职高专学前教育专业学生职业能力的思考

【摘要】：随着社会经济的发展,各种先进教育理念的不断涌现,学前教育越来越被人们所重视,各级各类幼儿园对幼儿教师的要求也越来越高,在选聘人才的时候,更看重其综合职业能力。本文主要从高职高专学前教育专业学生应具备的职业能力、在职业能力方面存在的问题及成因以及高职高专院校如何提高学生的职业能力等方面进行论述并提出了建议和看法。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the continuous emergence of various advanced educational concepts, preschool education has been paid more and more attention, and the requirements for kindergarten teachers at all levels are getting higher and higher. Pay more attention to its comprehensive professional ability. This paper mainly discusses the vocational ability of the students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges, the existing problems and causes of vocational ability, and how to improve the vocational ability of students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some suggestions and opinions.
