幼儿园课程建设现存问题之研究

【摘要】: 本研究是为了对幼儿园课程建设中存在的问题进行研究,分析其产生原因并据此提出一些建议。 本研究根据对广州市7间幼儿园的课程建设情况进行了解,并对其中4间幼儿园的教师进行深入访谈,从教师的专业化水平、参与程度、对幼儿园课程的情况的理解等方面和幼儿园课程的结构方面探讨幼儿园在课程建设中存在的问题。这些问题包括:幼儿教师对本园课程的认识不清楚;教师对幼儿园课程建设缺乏全面的的参与;幼儿园领导和教师对教师的能力认识不准确;幼儿园课程的结构比较混乱。 针对这些问题,本文提出对幼儿园课程建设问题产生原因的假设,结合富兰(Fullan,1982)提出的影响课程变革的因素,在调查中发现并验证了课程建设问题产生的原因有:幼儿教师对幼儿园课程建设的关心程度不高;幼儿园中教师培训对教师能力能力提高作用不显著;理念和实践之间缺乏一定的课程实施方案的传达;以及专家、家长要求和幼儿园市场竞争等外部因素的影响。 最后,根据以上原因,在比较可行的基础上为幼儿园课程建设提出以下建议:增进教师的理解并促进教师参与课程建设;应构建幼儿园课程建设共同体;本园的课程应进一步明确并可执行;幼儿园课程应注意其系统整合。 本研究为幼儿园课程建设的理论研究提供了一定的素材,并为幼儿园课程建设的实践提供了一定的帮助和支持,有助于幼儿园根据本研究的结论结合该幼儿园的实际情况解决在课程建设中出现的问题,有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to study the problems existing in kindergarten curriculum construction, analyze its causes and put forward some suggestions. Based on the understanding of the curriculum construction of seven kindergartens in Guangzhou, this study conducted in-depth interviews with the teachers of four kindergartens, from the level of specialization and the degree of participation of teachers. This paper probes into the problems existing in the curriculum construction of kindergarten from the aspects of understanding the situation of kindergarten curriculum and the structure of kindergarten curriculum. These problems include: kindergarten teachers' understanding of kindergarten curriculum is not clear; teachers' lack of comprehensive participation in kindergarten curriculum construction; kindergarten leaders and teachers' inaccurate understanding of teachers' ability; kindergarten curriculum structure is more chaotic. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the causes of kindergarten curriculum construction problems, combined with the factors that affect the curriculum reform put forward by Fullan,1982. In the investigation, it is found and verified that the reasons for the problems of curriculum construction are as follows: kindergarten teachers' concern for kindergarten curriculum construction is not high; Teacher training in kindergarten has no significant effect on the improvement of teachers' ability; there is a lack of communication between concept and practice, as well as the influence of external factors such as experts, parents' requirements and kindergarten market competition. Finally, according to the above reasons, on the basis of more feasible, the following suggestions are put forward for kindergarten curriculum construction: to enhance teachers' understanding and promote teachers to participate in curriculum construction, to build a community of kindergarten curriculum construction; The curriculum of the park should be further clear and enforceable; kindergarten curriculum should pay attention to its systematic integration. This study provides some material for the theoretical research of kindergarten curriculum construction, and provides some help and support for the practice of kindergarten curriculum construction. It is of practical significance for kindergarten to solve the problems in curriculum construction according to the conclusion of this study combined with the actual situation of the kindergarten.
