幼儿园教师课程审议的研究

【摘要】:本研究采用质的研究方法,通过现场观察、实录、访谈收集资料,深入分析了幼儿园教师课程审议的过程。 通过对幼儿园教师课程审议的分析,得出以下几个结论:首先,幼儿园教师课程审议是由课程审议的前提、目的、主体、内容、和方式诸要素组成的。其次,,幼儿园教师课程审议存在着四个环节和三个阶段,四个环节分别是形成议题、观点说明与解释、协商和共识。这四个环节分别贯穿在起动、维持和结束三个阶段中。第三,幼儿园教师课程审议具有情境性、实践性、回归性、不确定性、群体性的特点。第四,幼儿园教师课程审议受诸多因素的影响,其中主要包括个人的因素(审议者的知识、审议者的信念、审议者的气质特征、审议者的学科背景、审议者的职业态度、审议者的威望和地位)、环境的因素(社会文化环境、课程环境、幼儿园的园风)和实践的因素(幼儿园实际的课程状况、幼儿园课程审议开展的实际状况)三大因素。第五,针对幼儿园教师课程审议的现状,研究者通过反思尝试着对幼儿园教师课程审议提出一些完善的建议。 最后,研究者还对自身和研究过程作了反思。
[Abstract]:In this study, a qualitative research method was used to analyze the course of the kindergarten teacher's course review through on-site observation, real recording and interview. Through the analysis of the kindergarten teacher's course, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the kindergarten teacher's course review is the premise, the purpose, the subject, the content and the content of the course review. In the second place, there are four links and three stages in the kindergarten teacher's curriculum review. The four links are the formation of the subject and the point of view. and the four links are respectively penetrated in the starting, The third, the kindergarten teacher's course review has the situation, the practicality, the return, not Fourth, the consideration of the kindergarten teacher's curriculum is influenced by many factors, including the individual's factors (the knowledge of the reviewers, the beliefs of the reviewers, the temperament characteristics of the reviewers, the subject background of the reviewers, the professional attitude of the reviewers, Factors of the environment (social and cultural environment, curriculum environment, kindergarten) and practical factors (the actual course situation of the kindergarten and the consideration of the kindergarten course) Fifth, in view of the present situation of the kindergarten teacher's course, the researchers have tried to review the kindergarten teacher's course through reflection. Some suggestions are put forward.
