当前主要国家现代学徒制的制度分析

【摘要】：文章从组织制度、相关方参与制度、经费制度、人才培养制度四个方面,对当前主要国家现代学徒制的政策制度进行了横向的综合梳理。研究发现,制度建设是开展现代学徒制的重要推动力,同时基于各国不同的国情基础和发展战略,各国的现代学徒制度选择呈现出多样性特征。我国当前正在试点现代学徒制,借鉴这些国际经验是非常有益的。
[Abstract]:From the organizational system, related party participation system, funding system, talent training system four aspects, the current major countries of the modern apprenticeship system of the policy system carried out a horizontal comprehensive combing. System construction is an important driving force for the development of modern apprenticeship system, at the same time, it is based on different national conditions and development strategies. The choice of modern apprenticeship system in various countries shows the characteristics of diversity. Our country is currently experimenting with modern apprenticeship system, so it is very useful to learn from these international experiences.
