中职化工工艺专业学生专业能力培养的实践研究

【摘要】：中职学校的学生的专业能力的培养很重要,科学的培养方式方法,利用现有的教学条件提升培养的人才质量,以满足现代化企业对毕业生的专业能力需求。由于化工行业生产存在特殊性,学校无法建设生产性实训基地供学生操作实习,职业院校的化工工艺专业教育课程多是以传统的教师理论讲授和化工单元实训为主,理论和实践分开,学生对应掌握的知识技能被动接受,对专业知识、专业技能的感性认识不足,对专业知识掌握不扎实,专业技能熟练程度不够,专业素质缺失,致使化工工艺专业培养的学生达不到化工企业用人标准中对专业能力的要求。本文对通过对企业进行调研了解化工生产岗位对专业能力的要求,对比分析了中职化工工艺专业学生专业能力培养现状,目前存在的主要问题有:校企合作建设的校内外实训条件不完善,具有企业工作经验教师缺乏,化工工艺专业培养目标定位有偏差、化工工艺专业课程设置中专业能力培养的针对性不强、化工工艺专业教学模式不利于专业能力的培养,理论与实践脱节等原因。本课题运用文献研究、问卷调查研究、现场访谈和比较分析等方法进行研究,分析了现行的化工工艺学生专业能力培养模式、方法存在的问题,提出应对这些问题的策略和建议。根据现有化工仿真情境下的实训条件,利用项目教学法整合部分专业课程,改革学生的课程评价方式等方面进行教学实践研究,取得了较好的成效。化工仿真情境下中职化工工艺专业学生专业能力提升培养的实践研究为提升化工类专业的人才培养质量的提供理论与实践的参考价值。
[Abstract]:It is very important to develop the vocational school students' professional ability, scientific training methods, enhance the quality of the training using the existing teaching conditions, to meet the modern enterprise of professional competence of graduates demand. Because of the chemical industry production are special, no law school productive training base construction for students to practice, professional education courses the chemical process is the teacher occupation colleges teaching and training theory of traditional chemical unit, from theory and practice, students can master the knowledge and skills of passive acceptance, professional knowledge, lack of professional skills of perceptual knowledge, professional knowledge, professional skills is not enough, the lack of professional quality, resulting in chemical process students are not up to the standard of chemical enterprises with professional competence requirements. In this paper, through the research on the understanding of the enterprise The chemical production requirements for professional ability, comparison and analysis of the professional ability of students of Chemical Technology Specialty in vocational training situation, the main problems are: internal and external training conditions for the construction of school enterprise cooperation is not perfect, with working experience in enterprise teachers lack of professional training objectives, process orientation deviation, cultivating the professional ability of curriculum setting in chemical process the pertinence is not strong, the teaching mode of training of chemical technology specialty is not conducive to the professional ability, the separation between theory and practice and other reasons. This paper uses literature research, questionnaire survey, interviews and field research methods such as comparative analysis, analysis of the current students' professional ability of chemical process training mode, existing problems, strategies and suggestions are put forward to deal with these problems. According to the current situation of chemical simulation training conditions, using the project teaching method to integrate part The curriculum reform of the industry, the student curriculum evaluation mode of teaching practice, and achieved good results. The chemical technology specialty in secondary vocational students' professional ability of chemical simulation context practice to improve the culture of quality to provide theoretical and practical reference value for the promotion of chemical engineering specialty talents training.
