基于职业发展通道设计的高职教师绩效评价研究

【摘要】:高职教育培养高技能应用型人才成为必然趋势。党的十八大着重提出了“加快发展现代职业教育”的战略部署,教育部鲁昕副部长也提出“职业教育、兴国之道”。办好中国特色的高职教育,教师队伍建设是最核心要素。但客观实际是我国高等职业教育起步较晚,教师职业通道建设不顺畅,研究很薄弱。高职院校教师队伍的素质高低是高职院校核心竞争力的根本,而绩效评价是提升高职教师素质的重要途径。 本研究以江西财经职业学院(国家骨干院校建设院校)为研究客体,以实地调研法为主,辅之以文献法、经验总结法、问卷调查法和访谈法,,比较分析法等,分析研究当前教师职业发展通道现状、影响高等职业院校教师实现自我全面发展的制约因素,紧紧围绕影响高等职业院校教师职业发展通道的具体评价指标以及构建有利于促进高等职业院校教师全面发展等内容。 本文包括以下几部分: (1)绪论:提出了研究的背景与意义、国内外研究现状、论文研究方法与结构。 (2)职业发展理论及绩效管理概述:从职业发展理论出发构建高职教师职业发展通道,从普通的绩效管理到论述高职教师绩效评价以及绩效考核的意义。 (3)高职教师绩效评价体系现状及存在的主要问题:论述我国教师绩效评价的体系、针对江西财经职业学院的具体例子进行剖析,分析我国高职院校教师绩效评价,总结现有体系的合理性及不足之处。 (4)高职院校教师绩效考核评价体系的建立:明确学校定位、突出高职特色;制定高职教师绩效评价的指导思想、指标体系的设计,重构评价指标,完善考评体系。 (5)提高高职教师绩效水平的思考和建议 (6)得出结论,指出适合职业学院的教师绩效评价的发展方向。
[Abstract]:The higher vocational education training high skill talents has become an inevitable trend. The Party of eighteen put forward to accelerate the development of strategic deployment of modern occupation education ", Lu Xin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of education has put forward" occupation education, and rejuvenation of the road. "China run higher vocational education characteristics, the construction of teachers is the core element. But the objective reality the higher occupation education started late in our country, the construction of teachers' occupation of the channel is not smooth, very weak. The quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges is the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, and performance evaluation is an important way to enhance the quality of teachers in higher vocational education.
In this study, Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics (national key colleges colleges) as the research object, based on the field research method, supplemented by literature method, experience summary method, questionnaire survey method and interview method, comparative analysis, analysis of the current situation of teacher occupation development channel, restricts the all-round development of the self effect of higher occupation college teachers focus on the effects of specific evaluation indicators, the higher occupation colleges teachers' occupation development channel and the construction of teachers in higher occupation colleges is beneficial to promote the comprehensive development of content.
This article includes the following parts:
(1) Introduction: the background and significance of the research, the current research status at home and abroad, the research method and structure of the paper.
(2) overview of career development theory and performance management: from the perspective of career development theory, we should build a career development channel for higher vocational teachers, from ordinary performance management to higher vocational teachers' performance evaluation and performance evaluation.
(3) the current situation of evaluation system of Higher Vocational Teachers' performance and main problems: discusses the teacher performance of China's evaluation system, a specific example of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics to analyze the performance analysis of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country, summarizes the rationality and shortcomings of existing system.
(4) the establishment of Higher Vocational College Teachers' performance appraisal system: clear school orientation, highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, formulate guidelines for Higher Vocational Teachers' performance evaluation, design index system, reconstruct evaluation indicators and improve evaluation system.
(5) thinking and suggestions on improving the performance level of Higher Vocational Teachers
(6) draw a conclusion and point out the direction for the development of teachers' performance evaluation in Career Academy.
