【摘要】：本文通过对我国灯饰行业当前发展现状和灯具设计人才需求的分析研究,重点对珠三角地区灯具设计人才紧缺问题进行了分析,并结合本人教学及管理的工作实际,分析了高职灯具设计人才培养教育中存在的问题,提出了高职灯具设计人才培养教育的改革措施。探讨了高职灯具设计专业的课程设置、教学内容和培养目标。指出了灯具设计人才培养教育“必须依托地方灯饰产业,以市场需求和就业为导向,将区域产业结构调整和社会人才需求的变化来优化专业课程和教学内容,改革教学模式与方法,突出人才培养的职业导向特征”的改革思路。试图探索培养与区域产业协调发展的高职灯具设计人才培养模式。本文首先探讨了我国灯饰行业的发展历史与现状,分析了高职灯具设计人才培养教育的现状与存在的问题,指出了影响我国灯饰行业发展根本原因。接着对珠三角地区的灯饰产业背景和灯具设计人需求情况,以及对灯具设计教学与灯饰企业之间人才需求的不协调发展因素进行了调研分析。在此基础上,提出了校企合作人才培养模式是高职灯具设计人才培养的有效途径的构想。从校企双方在课程、师资、教材等方面的合作进行深入的探讨。再根据灯饰产业特点,探讨了灯具设计专业人才培养目标定位及课程的设置问题,指出了专业课程设置、教学内容,必须与企业职业岗位的标准要求无缝对接的思路。最后对我国高等职业教育的办学模式和教学方法进行了分析研究,提出了以先进的职业教育教学理念、模式和方法构建高职灯具设计专业“适销对路”的人才培养格局,使高职灯具设计人才培养对应区域产业协调发展,形成强有力的人力资源支撑,以加速区域经济和灯饰产业的发展进程。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of lighting industry in China and the demand of lighting design talents, this paper focuses on the analysis of the shortage of lighting designers in the Pearl River Delta region. Combined with the practice of teaching and management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of talents in the design of lamps and lanterns in higher vocational education. This paper puts forward the reform measures of cultivating talents of lamps and lanterns design in higher vocational colleges and probes into the curriculum design of lamps and lanterns in higher vocational colleges. It is pointed out that the education of talent training of lamps and lanterns design must rely on the local lighting industry and be guided by market demand and employment. The adjustment of the regional industrial structure and the change of the demand for social talents will optimize the professional curriculum and teaching content, and reform the teaching model and method. This paper tries to explore the mode of talent training of lamps and lanterns design in higher vocational colleges, which emphasizes the characteristics of professional orientation of talent training and tries to explore the mode of talent training of lamps and lanterns design in higher vocational colleges. This paper first discusses the development history and present situation of lighting industry in China, and analyzes the current situation and problems of talent training and education of lamp design in higher vocational education. The paper points out the fundamental reasons that affect the development of lighting industry in China, and then the background of lighting industry and the demand of lamp designers in the Pearl River Delta region. And on the basis of investigation and analysis of the uncoordinated development factors of talent demand between lamp design teaching and lighting enterprises. This paper puts forward the idea that the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents is an effective way to train talents in the design of lamps and lanterns in higher vocational colleges and universities, from both sides of the school and enterprise in the curriculum, teachers. According to the characteristics of lighting industry, this paper probes into the target orientation and course setting of talent training of lamp design specialty, and points out the professional course setup and teaching content. Finally, the author analyzes and studies the mode and teaching method of higher vocational education in China, and puts forward the advanced vocational education teaching concept. The pattern and method of talents cultivation of lamp design specialty in higher vocational colleges should be constructed, which can make the talents training of lamps and lanterns in higher vocational colleges develop harmoniously in corresponding regions and form a strong human resource support.
