【摘要】:随着我国高等教育的改革和发展,高等职业学校教师队伍建设问题已成为学校进一步发展的一个重要课题,为了建设高素质的高职院校教师队伍,逐步建立和完善高职院校教师绩效评估系统具有非常重要的意义。论文针对我国目前高职教师绩效考核存在的问题提出解决措施,讨论科学合理的高职教师绩效考核指标体系设计和绩效考核系统的实现过程。论文结合高职教师自身特点以及高职教师绩效考核特点,描述了我国高职教师绩效考核现状和国外教师绩效考核概况,同时,详细阐述了我国高职教师绩效考核存在的问题及其原因。论文全面分析了目前高等职业学校教师绩效考核的过程与评价方法,从绩效考核原则、考核内容、考核方式和考核结果的使用等方面指出了目前绩效考核中存在的主要问题,确定了高职院校的绩效考核评价主体及评价内容。论文阐述了层次分析法理论及其对绩效考核指标构建的指导意义,讨论了绩效考核的功能和原则,利用层次分析法建立了绩效考核的数学模型,讨论了绩效考核结果的计算方法,给出了评价主体权重的确定过程,设计出了教师绩效考核系统的总体功能结构,设计出了绩效考核系统的数据库逻辑模型。论文给出了绩效考核系统的实现过程,详细描述了SSH技术,给出了SSH框架实现的过程,设计出了绩效考核基础数据、考核指标、绩效考核层次模型、判断矩阵、考核指标权重计算结果和绩效考核等系统主要功能。论文从定性分析出发,在坚持科学性和从实际出发为原则的基础上,在综合考虑高职教师特点的基础上,建构了高职教师绩效考核体系,从多层面分析高职院校教师的工作绩效过程,构建适应于高职教师、反映高等职业教育特点的教师绩效评价体系和绩效考核系统。解决了人工确定指标权重的不合理性和不正确性,使得绩效考核指标权重的设计具有科学性,系统实现了从考核工作开始到结束、教师自评、同行评价、学校考核的全面综合绩效考核系统,实现了绩效考核的标准化、科学化、人性化和信息化管理,极大提高了人事工作的效率和绩效考核结果的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the reform and development of higher education in China, the construction of teaching staff in higher occupation school has become an important topic for the further development of the school, to the construction of high-quality teachers in higher vocational colleges, and gradually establish and perfect has a very important significance for Higher Vocational College Teachers' performance evaluation system. This paper expounds the AHP theory and the construction of performance evaluation index guiding significance and discusses the functions and principles of performance appraisal, AHP mathematical model has been set up performance appraisal method, discusses the calculation method of performance appraisal results, gives the evaluation process to determine the weights of the subject, designed the overall functional structure of teachers' performance evaluation system, design a database logic model of performance assessment system of the. Presents the implementation of performance assessment system, a detailed description of the SSH technology, the SSH framework is designed based on data of performance appraisal, The evaluation index, performance evaluation level model, judgment matrix, calculation results and main functions of performance appraisal system of assessment indicators. This paper starting from the qualitative analysis, based on scientific and starting from the actual principle, based on comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of higher vocational teachers, construct the performance evaluation system of Higher Vocational Teachers, analysis the performance of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of construction of the higher vocational teachers, reflect the characteristics of higher occupation education teacher performance evaluation system and performance appraisal system. To solve the artificial index weights is irrational and not correct, the design of the performance evaluation index weight is scientific, system from the implementation of the assessment work started to the end, the teachers' self-evaluation, peer evaluation, school assessment of the comprehensive performance appraisal system, the implementation of performance appraisal standard, scientific, humane and The information management has greatly improved the efficiency of the personnel work and the effectiveness of the results of performance assessment.
