中高职衔接“课程链”建构研究

【摘要】:目前,中高职衔接已成为应对职业教育外部改革与内在发展需求的必然趋势,而课程衔接是其中的关键环节,中高职衔接背景下"课程链"的建构是对课程衔接实践理念指导的初步探索。以德、美两国为代表的国际背景为基础,从"课程链"的内涵、意义、建构的具体要求以及保障等四个方面来阐释,强调课程衔接要依据社会发展需求、人才培养规律和职业发展规律,突出衔接的灵活性、人本性与规律性等特征,在国家政策、优质师资队伍以及评价机制等保障体系下,以课程衔接推进中高职的有效衔接,逐步建立与完善我国现代职业教育体系。
[Abstract]:At present, the convergence of middle and higher vocational education has become an inevitable trend to meet the external reform and internal development needs of vocational education, and curriculum convergence is the key link. The construction of "curriculum chain" under the background of middle and higher vocational college convergence is a preliminary exploration of the practical guidance of curriculum convergence. Based on the international background represented by Germany and the United States, the connotation and significance of "curriculum chain" are discussed. The specific requirements of the construction and the four aspects of security are explained, emphasizing that curriculum convergence should be based on the needs of social development, the training law of talent and the law of professional development, highlighting the flexibility of cohesion, human nature and regularity. Under the guarantee system of national policy, high quality teachers and evaluation mechanism, the effective linkage of middle and higher vocational education should be promoted by course convergence, and the modern vocational education system of our country should be established and perfected step by step.
