基于产教融合的职业教育政策支持系统的建立与研究

【摘要】：职业教育政策支持系统的构建,将直接影响职业教育的发展进程。目前我国职业教育政策支持系统尚未建立,本文通过分析发达国家产教融合职业教育政策支持系统的特点,总结出该系统的建立需要国家在宏观层面上对职业教育产教融合政策进行统筹,为培养出拥有技术技能和高素质劳动者提供制度保障。职业教育政策支持系统建立应加快立法工作,实现职业教育法制化;建立多渠道经费保障机制;构建全方位财税政策支持体系;加强行业指导能力建设,建立行业协调机制;进而形成一个全方位的、完善的支持系统,以促使我国职业教育持续、健康地发展。
[Abstract]:The system construction occupation education policy, will directly affect the development of occupation education. At present our country occupation education policy support system has not been established, through the analysis of developed countries, the integration of production and education system to support the characteristics of occupation education policy, summed up the establishment of the system state at the macro level of occupation education in the integration of production and education policy overall, technical skills and high-quality workers to provide institutional guarantee for training. The system should be established to speed up the legislative work to support the occupation education policy, implementation of occupation education legal system; establish a multi-channel funding mechanism; construction of support system of the full range of fiscal policy; strengthen the industry guidance ability construction, establish a coordination mechanism of industry and the formation of a full range; the perfect supporting system, to promote China's occupation education sustained, healthy development.
