【摘要】:随着我国教育事业的不断发展,各类学校在校生数量不断增加,教育对于我国国民素质的提高以及社会经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。其中,中职教育是我国教育的一个重要组成部分,截止到2009年,我国中职学校在校学生高达2000万人,这些学生中的绝大多数人毕业后会直接进入社会,开始职业生涯。所以,这些学生的思想道德状况直接关系到产业大军的素质,同时也关系着国家和民族的未来。因此,加强中职学生思想道德教育,不仅是提高中职生思想道德素质的客观要求,同时也是提高社会劳动者素质、培养合格劳动者的客观要求。 目前,我国中职学校很多毕业生的职业道德水平不能满足企业对于员工的职业道德的要求,很多毕业生还难以适应企业和社会对从业人员的职业道德要求。对我国中职毕业生就业跟踪调查的结果显示,在毕业生就业失败的典型案例中,40%是因为毕业生的责任心不强、不遵守企业纪律、没有敬业精神;约20%是因为就业者怕吃苦、不能胜任岗位职责;另外40%则是因为毕业生对工作环境过于挑剔,提出不切实际的高期望要求;而几乎没有毕业生是因为业务水平和能力不足而被用人单位辞退。由此可见,中职毕业生缺乏的并不是专业技能和技术,而是作为一线从业者的思想准备,是作为一线工作人员的职业道德和规范的缺失。这些毕业生的自身职业定位与企业对人才的需求和学校的培育目标有着明显的反差,,特别是在实践能力和职业道德水平方面差距明显。 理论界从多个角度研究对中职学生的道德教育进行了相关的研究,取得了丰硕的研究成果,但是由于对目前中职生道德教育中存在问题及其原因的具体分析还不够深入,导致提出的中职生道德教育的策略和方法还不够详尽和系统,缺乏可操作性和针对性。特别是在目前中等职业学校毕业生面临严峻的就业形势,企业对学生的思想道德要求和学生的素质不想匹配的情况下,对中职生道德教育进行系统的研究和分析是十分重要的。 本文主要采取实证研究和规范研究相结合的方法,依据从理论分析到实证研究的逻辑顺序展开研究。首先,文章依次对中职生德育相关的理论和文献进行了研究;其次,文章分析了中职教育的特点、中职教育中德育的特点和现状;再次,文章以对十余所中职学校德育状况的调研为基础,考察了中职学校中德育教育存在的问题;最后,在实证考察的基础上,文章提出了改进和完善中职生德育教育的对策和建议。主要内容包括:中职学校要重视对学生的德育教育、建立对中职生的合理的评价机制、重视中职学生的心理健康教育、利用网络对中职生进行思想道德教育。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education in China, the number of students in all kinds of schools is increasing. Education has made great contributions to the improvement of national quality and the development of social economy. Secondary vocational education is an important part of education in China. By 2009, there are as many as 20 million students in secondary vocational schools. Most of these students will enter the society directly after graduation. Therefore, the ideological and moral status of these students directly related to the quality of the industrial army, but also related to the future of the country and the nation. Therefore, strengthen the ideological and moral education of secondary vocational students. It is not only an objective requirement to improve the ideological and moral quality of secondary vocational students, but also an objective requirement to improve the quality of social workers and train qualified workers. At present, the professional ethics level of many graduates of secondary vocational schools in China can not meet the requirements of employees' professional ethics. Many graduates are also difficult to adapt to the professional ethics requirements of enterprises and the society. The results of the survey on the employment of secondary vocational school graduates show that in the typical cases of graduates' employment failure. 40% is because the graduate's sense of responsibility is not strong, does not abide by the enterprise discipline, does not have the professionalism; About 20% is because the employed are afraid of hardship and are not qualified for the duties of the post; Another 40% are because graduates are too fussy about the work environment, putting forward unrealistic expectations; And almost no graduates are dismissed by employers because of the lack of professional level and ability. It can be seen that secondary vocational graduates are not lack of professional skills and skills, but as front-line practitioners of the ideological preparation. It is the lack of professional ethics and norms of the front-line staff. The professional orientation of these graduates is obviously different from the demand for talents and the cultivation goal of the school. Especially in the practice ability and the professional ethics level aspect disparity is obvious. The theoretical circle has carried on the related research to the secondary vocational school student's moral education from many angles, has obtained the rich research result. However, due to the existing problems and their causes in the current secondary vocational education of the specific analysis is not deep enough, resulting in the proposed strategies and methods of secondary vocational students' moral education is not enough detailed and systematic. Lack of maneuverability and pertinence, especially in the current secondary vocational school graduates facing a severe employment situation, the ideological and moral requirements of students and students do not want to match the quality of the situation. It is very important to systematically study and analyze the moral education of secondary vocational students. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining empirical research and normative research, according to the logical sequence from theoretical analysis to empirical research. First of all. This paper studies the theory and literature about moral education of secondary vocational school students in turn. Secondly, the article analyzes the characteristics of secondary vocational education, the characteristics and current situation of moral education in secondary vocational education; Thirdly, based on the investigation of moral education in more than ten secondary vocational schools, this paper investigates the problems existing in moral education in secondary vocational schools. Finally, on the basis of empirical investigation, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the moral education of secondary vocational school students. The main contents include: the secondary vocational school should attach importance to the moral education of students. To establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism for secondary vocational students, pay attention to the mental health education of secondary vocational students, and use the network to carry out ideological and moral education for secondary vocational students.
