【摘要】：近年来，大学生的就业问题受到党和政府的高度重视，连续出台相应的政策和措施促进大学生就业，学校和社会各方面也积极创造各种机会，采取有效措施帮助学生就业，高职院校学生也努力提升素质积极适应就业市场的需求。但是，在高职院校学生中存在的就业期望值普遍较高，过多地看重职业的个人价值与利益，忽视国家的需要以及职业的社会价值等不良的择业和就业观念，使毕业生的择业和就业经常呈现出功利主义、个人利益至上的价值取向，不仅对就业发生不利影响，，也淡化了大学生应有的时代责任和历史使命。就业思想政治教育是高职院校学生就业教育的重要组成部分，对于引导学生树立正确的择业观和就业观，提高大学生的职业素养和心理素质，具有重要的作用。加强高职院校学生的就业思想政治教育不仅是当前我国经济发展和社会发展的需要，也是促进高等教育改革发展和培养高技能人才的需要，更是促进高职院校学生顺利就业和实现其人生目标与价值的需要。本文从就业的视角，分析了当前高职院校学生在择业和就业过程中出现的思想问题，提出了加强就业思想政治教育是高职院校需要重视的工作，是解决学生就业问题的重要途径。通过对高职院校就业思想政治工作的现状分析，找出了导致高职院校就业思想政治教育不足的真正原因。从提高认识、构建科学合理的体系、创新工作方法三方面阐述了加强就业思想政治教育的有效途径，以期提高高职院校学生的就业思想政治素质，为国家培养德才兼备的高等技术应用性专门人才。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment of college students has been attached great importance to by the Party and the government, the corresponding policies and measures to promote the employment of college students, schools and all aspects of society also actively create a variety of opportunities. Taking effective measures to help students obtain employment, vocational college students also strive to improve their quality to meet the needs of the job market. However, the employment expectations of students in higher vocational colleges are generally high. Too much attention to the personal value and interests of the occupation, ignoring the needs of the country and the social value of the occupation, such as poor career and employment concepts, so that graduates often show utilitarianism in their career and employment. The value orientation of personal benefit supremacy not only has a negative impact on employment, but also desalinate the responsibility of the times and historical mission of college students. The ideological and political education of employment is an important part of the employment education of the students in higher vocational colleges. It can guide the students to set up a correct outlook on job selection and employment and to improve the professional and psychological qualities of college students. Strengthening the ideological and political education of higher vocational college students is not only the need of economic and social development, but also the need of promoting the development of higher education reform and training of high-skilled talents. It is also the need to promote the smooth employment of vocational college students and the realization of their life goals and values. From the perspective of employment, this paper analyzes the ideological problems of students in vocational colleges in the process of choosing jobs and employment, and points out that strengthening the ideological and political education in employment is the work that should be paid attention to in higher vocational colleges. It is an important way to solve the problem of students' employment. Through the analysis of the present situation of the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges, the author finds out the real reasons leading to the shortage of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. In order to improve the ideological and political quality of the students in higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds the effective ways to strengthen the ideological and political education in employment from the three aspects of constructing a scientific and reasonable system and innovating the working methods. For the country to train high-tech application of both moral and professional expertise.
