南昌市中职生职业道德教育研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育是我国教育体系的一个重要组成部分,对我国社会发展起着重要的作用。中职院校承担着培养面向生产、建设、管理和服务第一线需要的高素质劳动者和初、中级技能型人才的重任。这就要求中职院校对学生进行全面的教育,不仅要传授学生理论知识、职业技能和生产技术,更要加强他们的职业道德教育。加强中职生的职业道德教育,是社会和谐发展的需要,是各行业持续健康发展的需要,也是中职生就业和全面发展的客观需要。然而受诸多因素的影响,中职生职业道德教育也存在着一定的问题,影响了中职生职业道德教育的效果,制约着中等职业院校的发展。为此,本人在系统研究的基础上,结合理论研究和实践调查,综合多方因素,针对南昌市中职生职业道德教育存在的问题提出相应的对策。 本文主要从四个方面进行详细的阐述:第一章阐明了选题的背景与研究意义,梳理了国内外相关研究现状,提出了本文研究的基本思路,介绍了本文研究的方法。第二章界定了与中职生职业道德教育相关的基本概念,论述了马克思关于人的全面发展理论、科尔伯格的道德认知发展理论、主体性教育理论、建构主义理论、终身教育理论、多元智能理论等理论基础,同时提出了中职生职业道德教育的必要性。第三章采用问卷调查和访谈调查相结合,分别南昌市三所中职院校进行调查,通过整理和分析调查的数据,归纳出南昌市中职生职业道德教育的现状,最后从社会、学校、学生等角度对现状进行了分析。第四章结合上述几章的理论研究、调查结果和问题分析,提出了加强中职生职业道德教育的对策。 通过研究,本文认为应该社会、家庭、学校三位一体,优化中职生职业道德教育环境;应该引入企业文化,提高中职生职业道德教育实效性;应该改革中等职业院校职业道德课程;应该加强中职院校师资队伍建设,提高教师自身的职业道德素质等,,以提高南昌市中职生职业道德教育针对性和有效性,促进中职院校健康持续发展。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of our educational system, which plays an important role in the social development of our country. Management and service of the first line of high-quality workers and junior, intermediate skilled personnel of the important task, which requires secondary vocational colleges to carry out comprehensive education for students, not only to teach students theoretical knowledge. Vocational skills and production technology should strengthen their professional ethics education. Strengthening vocational ethics education of secondary vocational students is the need of the harmonious development of society and the needs of sustained and healthy development of various industries. It is also the objective need of employment and all-round development of secondary vocational students. However, due to the influence of many factors, there are some problems in vocational ethics education of vocational school students, which affect the effect of vocational ethics education. It restricts the development of secondary vocational colleges. Therefore, on the basis of systematic research, combined with theoretical research and practical investigation, the author synthesizes various factors. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems of professional ethics education of secondary vocational students in Nanchang city. This paper mainly from four aspects of the detailed elaboration: the first chapter clarified the background and significance of the topic, combed the domestic and foreign related research status, and put forward the basic ideas of this study. The second chapter defines the basic concepts related to the vocational ethics education of secondary vocational school students, discusses Marx's theory on the overall development of human beings, and Colberg's theory of moral cognitive development. The main body education theory, the constructivism theory, the lifelong education theory, the multiple intelligence theory and so on theory foundation. At the same time, the author puts forward the necessity of vocational ethics education of secondary vocational school students. The third chapter uses questionnaire and interview investigation to investigate three secondary vocational colleges in Nanchang city, and through collating and analyzing the survey data. Summed up the status quo of professional ethics education of secondary vocational students in Nanchang City, and finally analyzed the current situation from the perspectives of society, schools, students and so on. Chapter 4th combined with the above chapters of the theoretical research, investigation results and problem analysis. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the professional ethics education of secondary vocational school students. Through the research, this article thinks that should the society, the family, the school trinity, optimizes the secondary vocational school student professional ethics education environment; Enterprise culture should be introduced to improve the effectiveness of vocational ethics education for secondary vocational school students. The curriculum of professional ethics in secondary vocational colleges should be reformed; In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of professional ethics education of secondary vocational school students in Nanchang City, we should strengthen the construction of teachers' team and improve the professional ethics quality of teachers in secondary vocational colleges and universities, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of secondary vocational colleges and universities.
