职业教育管理伦理的若干思考

【摘要】:新中国成立以来,经过半个多世纪的发展,我国职业教育的经济价值和社会功能在不断提高,取得举世瞩目的成就,成为具有中国特色的社会主义教育的一个十分重要的组成部分,成为推进我国科教兴国战略,拉动经济和社会的可持续发展,提高国际综合竞争力的重要途径。回眸发展历程,展望未来,目前我国职业教育的发展状况与世界其他发达国家相比,还存在观念问题、质量低下等诸多不足,尤其是行业参与积极性不高、联合办学的途径不畅等问题严重制约了自身的发展,其原因就在于缺乏有效的引导和管理以及职业教育伦理的内在指引。 本文认为,职业教育管理影响着职业教育的发展方向,关乎职业教育乃至整个经济社会的发展,而职业教育管理伦理则决定着职业教育管理的内涵水平、价值取向以及整个职业教育的核心内在动力。为此,全文分为三部分展开论述。本论文通过研究职业教育、职业教育管理、职业教育管理伦理以及它们之间的内在关系,进而从理论结合实际的角度,得出我国职业教育管理应该秉承的发展价值以及所需的发展框架,以求达到论文研究的理论和实践价值。 第一部分主要论述职业教育管理伦理的内涵。通过分析职业教育和管理伦理以及教育伦理的内涵,进而得出职业教育管理伦理的内涵。 第二部分主要论述职业教育管理的基本内容。揭示了职业教育管理伦理的核心目标、根本原则。 第三部分主要论述研究职业教育管理伦理的意义。主要从职业教育管理价值观、职业教育规范化发展、职业教育管理体系三方面进行了具体阐述,从而论证了当前深化职业教育管理伦理的现实价值。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, after more than half a century of development, the economic value and social function of vocational education in China have been continuously improved, and achieved remarkable achievements. It has become a very important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics, and has become a strategy to promote the national rejuvenation through science and education, and to promote the sustainable development of economy and society. Looking back at the development process and looking forward to the future, compared with other developed countries in the world, there are still many shortcomings in the development of vocational education in our country, such as concept problems, low quality and so on. In particular, the lack of enthusiasm for participation in the industry and the unobstructed way of running a joint school have seriously restricted their own development, which is due to the lack of effective guidance and management, as well as the inherent guidance of vocational education ethics. This paper holds that the management of vocational education affects the development direction of vocational education, relates to the development of vocational education and even the whole economic and social development, and the management ethics of vocational education determines the connotation level of vocational education management. Value orientation and the core inner motive force of the whole vocational education. For this reason, the full text is divided into three parts to discuss. This paper studies vocational education, vocational education management. Vocational education management ethics and their internal relations, and then from the perspective of theory and practice, the development of vocational education management in China should uphold the value and the necessary development framework. In order to achieve the theoretical and practical value of the paper. The first part mainly discusses the connotation of the management ethics of vocational education, and obtains the connotation of the management ethics of vocational education by analyzing the connotation of the ethics of vocational education and management as well as the ethics of education. The second part mainly discusses the basic content of vocational education management and reveals the core goal and fundamental principle of vocational education management ethics. The third part mainly discusses the significance of the study of vocational education management ethics, mainly from the vocational education management values, vocational education standardized development, vocational education management system. Thus, it demonstrates the practical value of deepening the management ethics of vocational education.
