班会改变中职生不良行为习惯的研究

【摘要】:职业教育的发展,是加快人才资源开发,促进就业再就业的重要举措,是提高全民素质、构建和谐社会、提升综合实力的重要途径,也是贯彻党的教育方针,实现教育事业全面协调持续发展的必然要求。但是由于受各行业招工要求的制约和社会对中职教育的不平等认识,使得中等职业学校生源素质良莠不齐,,中职生有着形形色色的不良行为习惯,中职生的行为习惯不仅影响到学校的日常管理,社会的稳定和发展,更重要的是影响到学生今后个人发展。 如何促使学生改掉不良行为习惯,成为了社会、学校、家庭的重要责任,其中学校教育更是成为养成和规范学生行为习惯的重要阶段,而学校教育中通过班会教育这种方式方法是最直接、最有效的途径之一。 本研究旨在在了解中职生存在的不良行为习惯及不良行为习惯产生原因的基础上,主要采用文献研究法、经验总结法以及个案研究法探索通过中等职业学校召开各种类班会改变中职生不良行为习惯的方法,为今后有针对性地对中职生进行教育和培养提供参考、借鉴。 本研究以包头服务管理职业学校2011届幼艺班为例,通过笔者多年的班主任工作经验以及对学生进行问卷调查,发现并分析当今中职生日常行为习惯存在的问题,找到学生不良行为习惯的成因。在此基础上,结合笔者多年担任班主任工作的教学与管理经验,根据不同阶段学生突出的问题制定有针对性的班会活动,通过开展班会的教育与引导作用逐步改变中职生日常行为习惯存在的问题。当然学生的习惯不是一朝一日所形成的,也不可能通过一次班会就彻底改变,这就需要根据学生在召开班会前后的状态进行比较、回顾、总结、反思,进而拟定下一步行动计划,循序渐进逐步实现改善学生日常行为习惯的目的.经过一学期的研究和观察,结果显示通过设计合理有效地班会可以有效的改变中职生行为习惯。虽然本研究取得了一定的成果,但也存在一定的问题,这些问题进一步解决还需要班主任老师个人能力的提高以及社会、家庭、学校等方面的共同努力。通过班会改变中职生行为习惯的策略和实施办法仍需进一步探讨。
[Abstract]:The development of occupation education, is to accelerate the development of human resources, an important measure to promote the employment and re employment, is to improve the quality of the people, building a harmonious society, an important way to enhance the comprehensive strength, and implement the party's education policy, implementation of education comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development of the inevitable requirement. But due to the constraints and requirements of the social recruitment industry inequalities understanding of secondary vocational education, the medium occupation school students' quality of vocational students is uneven in quality, bad habits of every hue, vocational students' behavior not only affects the school daily management, social stability and development, but also affects students' personal development in the future.
How to help students get rid of bad habits, become a social, school, family responsibilities, of which the school education has become an important stage to develop and standardize the behavior of the students, and school education through the method of class education in this way is the most direct, one of the most effective way.
The basic purpose of this study is to understand the causes of the bad habits of students in secondary vocational schools and some bad habits, mainly adopts the literature research method, explore the medium occupation school held a variety of classmeetings improvement of secondary vocational school students bad behavior habits method, experience method and case study method, to provide reference for future reference, targeted on Vocational Students' education and training.
Based on the service management of the 2011 Baotou young occupation school art class, for example, through the years of work experience and a questionnaire survey of students, discovery and analysis of secondary vocational school students in today's daily behavior habits problems, find the causes of students' bad habits. On this basis, the author of the work as a teacher for many years and management experience, according to different stages students'outstanding problems for the class activities, through education and guidance to carry out the daily behavior habits of vocational students to gradually change the existing problems. Of course the students' habits are not formed in one day, not through a class meeting will completely change, which requires according to the comparison, the students in the class meeting held before and after the state review, summary, reflection, and proposed the next step action plan, step by step to gradually realize the improvement study Daily habits. After a semester of study and observation results show that, through reasonable design and effective class meeting can effectively improve secondaryvocational students' behavior. Although this study has achieved some results, but there are also some problems, these problems still need to further solve the teacher's individual ability and social, family and the joint efforts of school and other aspects. Through the change of secondary vocational school students class's behavior strategies and measures should be further explored.
