自主评聘背景下高职教师专业发展评价模式研究

【摘要】:高职教师专业发展评价是高职院校管理的重要环节,也是教师自身努力发展的目标与方向。科学合理的评价模式可以充分发挥人力资源的效能,激发教师的工作积极性,从而提高教育教学质量。本文全面分析了新形势下高职教师专业发展的内涵要求以及当前教师专业发展评价中存在的问题,并从基本理念、基本要素和实施路径等方面,提出了自主评聘背景下高职教师专业发展的多元化评价模式,旨在为高职院校教师专业发展评价工作提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of teachers' professional development is an important link in the management of higher vocational colleges and is also the goal and direction of the development of teachers themselves. A scientific and reasonable evaluation model can give full play to the efficiency of human resources and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers. In order to improve the quality of education and teaching, this paper comprehensively analyzes the connotation requirements of the professional development of higher vocational teachers under the new situation and the problems existing in the evaluation of teachers' professional development at present, and from the aspects of basic concepts, basic elements and implementation paths, etc. This paper puts forward a diversified evaluation model of teachers' professional development under the background of independent evaluation and employment, aiming at providing reference for the evaluation of teachers' professional development in higher vocational colleges.
