现代学徒制与企业法人型职教集团的有机融合

【摘要】：文章分析了现代学徒制模式与职业教育集团化办学相结合的现状,对企业法人型职教集团的现代学徒制职教模式中的角色进行定位,梳理现代学徒制与企业法人型职教集团有机融合的难点,提出企业法人型职教集团的组织形态选择和治理结构的完善是有效发挥职教集团在现代学徒制职教模式推进过程中应有作用的重要基础;完成学徒培训的企业法人型职教集团,或其引入的集团内或集团外企业所提供的培训岗位、培训标准、培训课程、培训要求等必须具有行业代表性和职业岗位的通用性,是现代学徒制职教模式运行成功的关键;职业院校与参与学徒培训的企业法人型职教集团,或其引入的集团内或集团外企业的紧密衔接和合作,是成功实现学徒培训目标的重要保证;建设有中国特色的关于现代学徒制职教模式的法律法规体系和政策指导文件,是实现现代学徒培训利用企业法人型职教集团良性发展的重要保障。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current situation of the combination of the modern apprenticeship system model and the vocational education collectivization, and positions the roles in the modern apprenticeship vocational education mode of the enterprise corporate vocational education group. Combing the modern apprenticeship system and corporate corporate vocational education group organic integration difficulties. It is pointed out that the choice of organizational form and the perfection of the governance structure of the corporate vocational education group are the important basis for giving full play to the role that the vocational education group should play in the advancement of the modern apprenticeship vocational education model. Training positions, training standards, training courses provided by a corporate vocational education group, or by an enterprise within or outside the group that has completed apprenticeship training. The training requirement must have the profession representative and the profession post universality, is the modern apprenticeship system vocational education pattern to run successfully the key; The close connection and cooperation between vocational colleges and corporate corporate vocational education groups involved in apprenticeship training, or the enterprises introduced within or outside the group, is an important guarantee for the successful realization of apprenticeship training objectives. It is an important guarantee to realize the healthy development of the corporate vocational education group of the modern apprenticeship training and utilizing the modern apprenticeship training and utilizing the modern apprenticeship training by constructing the laws and regulations system and the policy guidance document about the modern apprenticeship vocational education model with Chinese characteristics.
