校企合作培养服务外包企业商务人才的模式研究

【摘要】：现阶段我国高职院校正处于教育体制改革的必然阶段、新型商务管理人才培养模式的发展和探索阶段,原有的商务管理人才培养模式与方法已经不能满足我国高速发展的各产业对人才大量需求及储备的现状。而当今社会经济的发展与高技能专业商务管理人才的培养和储备是不可分割的整体。商务管理人才培养目标的定位必须符合同时期社会经济发展对商务管理人才培养的要求,采用学校与服务外包企业共同制定商务管理人才培养方案的模式是解决这一问题的有效途径。这种培养模式还不够成熟和完善,需要进行模式和方法的探索和可行性方案的研究。虽然校企合作这种培育模式在我国高校教育发展中很早就提出过,不过由于缺少经验,目前这一模式在很大程度上还是处于书面研究阶段。外国发达国家早在上个世纪的初期就开始探索校企合作共同培养人才的教学模式,到上个世纪中期时已经建立了一套完善的商务管理人才培养模式体系,为知识经济时代快速发展发挥了不可磨灭的重要作用。本文基于商务外语专业多年在教学改革上的经验和教训,依托多家大型服务外包企业及国际商贸企业多的区域优势。建立以“3+岗位能力”为特征的专业人才培养模式和基于工作实境的理实一体化的“4段式”教学模式,并形成了校企共建产学一体实训体系。可以为服务外包企业培养出具有良好职业道德、较强的外语综合应用能力和现代信息技术应用能力,掌握较强专业技能的高素质应用型商务管理人才。所以说校企合作共同制定商务管理人才培养方案不仅为服务外包企业发展提供了优质的人才储备,同时也给高职院校特色办学带来新的契机,是现今知识社会经济发展的必然趋势。在我们学习、吸收、实践、发展“校企合作”这一新的教育模式的同时,也应该时刻保持清醒的头脑,及时发现其中所存在的问题,借鉴国外先进的经验,不断创新思路,完善教育教学体制,开创学校与服务外包企业共同培养具有专业性及针对性的新型高技能商务管理人才的新局面。
[Abstract]:At present, higher vocational colleges in our country are in the inevitable stage of the reform of the educational system, and the development and exploration of the training mode of new business management talents. The original mode and method of training business management talents can not meet the demand and reserve of talents in the rapidly developing industries of our country. However, the development of social economy and the cultivation of highly skilled professional business management talents nowadays. Raising and reserving is an inseparable whole. The orientation of the training target of business management talents must meet the requirements of the social and economic development in the same period for the training of business management talents. It is an effective way to solve this problem by adopting the mode that schools and service outsourcing enterprises jointly formulate the training scheme of business management talents. This training model is not mature and perfect. It is necessary to explore the models and methods and to study the feasibility scheme. Although this mode of fostering cooperation between schools and enterprises was put forward very early in the development of higher education in China, however, due to lack of experience, At present, this model is still in the written research stage to a large extent. As early as 0th century, foreign developed countries began to explore the teaching model of cooperation between schools and enterprises to train talents together. By the middle of 0th century, a set of perfect business management personnel training model system had been established. It has played an indelible role in the rapid development of the era of knowledge economy. Relying on the regional advantages of many large service outsourcing enterprises and international trade and trading enterprises, the paper establishes a professional talent training model characterized by "3 post competence" and a "4 paragraph" teaching model based on the integration of theory and practice based on the actual situation of work. It also forms a practical training system for enterprises, which can cultivate good professional ethics, strong foreign language comprehensive application ability and modern information technology application ability for service outsourcing enterprises. Master strong professional skills of high-quality applied business management talent. Therefore, cooperation between schools and enterprises in formulating business management talent training programs not only provides a high-quality talent reserve for the development of service outsourcing enterprises, but also brings new opportunities for running schools with characteristics in higher vocational colleges. It is an inevitable trend in the economic development of today's knowledge society. While we are studying, absorbing, practicing, and developing the new educational model of "school-enterprise cooperation", we should also keep a clear mind at all times and find out the existing problems in a timely manner. Drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience, constantly innovating ideas, perfecting education and teaching system, creating a new situation that schools and service outsourcing enterprises jointly cultivate new high skill business management talents with professional and pertinence.
