动物医学本科专业职教师资培养质量评价体系的建立

【摘要】:当前,在我国动物医学本科教育评价领域中,对动物医学专业职教师资培养质量评价研究很少,通过评价研究,不仅对动物医学职教师资人才培养单位进行客观及有价值的判定,而且对中等职业学校动物医学专业“双师型”教师需求条件提供重要依据。本科动物医学专业职教师资培养质量评价体系的建立,其一是构建科学的评价指标体系;其二是构建合理的指标评价标准。本研究根据教育评价学理论和方法,通过对国内外相关指标体系逐级进行对比研究、专家论证等,界定了我国现阶段本科动物医学职教师资人才培养的主要构成要素,运用Delphi(德尔菲)法进行三轮专家咨询,确定各级指标和指标权重,构建了包括8个一级指标,49个二级指标,82个观测点的本科动物医学专业职教师资培养质量评价体系;参照国内外专业排名、《动物医学专业教学质量国家标准》、《我国中等职业教师标准》,研究建立本评价体系指标评价标准;通过参考《普渡大学兽医技术员技能列表》、《英国兽医护士学科标准》、教育部《普通高等学校基本办学条件指标(试行)》(教发[2004]2号)中规定的农林院校本科专业的合格标准、我国兽医行业用人标准等,研究建立本科动物医学专业学生技能考核项目表和动物医学专业职教师资实训装备标准。本研究根据专家选择条件确立专家组,通过对专家基本情况进行定性分析和对专家组权威程度进行定量分析(专家组权威系数为0.804),结果表明专家组具有较好的代表性和权威性。通过三轮专家咨询,调查问卷的回收率均为100%,表明专家对本研究具有较高的认可度;8项一级指标协调系数为0.996,专业办学宗旨、生源条件、教学过程、教学资源、人才培养质量、就业状况、社会声誉、创新与特色二级指标协调系数分别为:0.996,0.947,0.923,0.879,0.936,0.998,0.997,0.993,0.998,以上指标显著性检验均P0.05,结果表明确定的指标体系和指标权重具有合理性、可靠性、科学性。构建的本科动物医学专业职教师资培养质量评价体系,其评价类型、评价理念、评价内容均有创新之处,评价体系具有专业性、导向性、实用性,为开展动物医学专业职教师资培养质量评价工作打下了坚实基础。
[Abstract]:At present, in the field of undergraduate education evaluation of animal medicine, there is little research on the quality evaluation of vocational education teachers in animal medicine. It is not only objective and valuable to judge the personnel training units of vocational education in animal medicine, Moreover, it provides an important basis for the requirements of "double qualified" teachers in animal medicine major in secondary vocational schools. The first is to establish a scientific evaluation index system for the quality evaluation system of vocational education teachers in animal medicine major of undergraduate course. The second is to construct reasonable evaluation criteria. According to the theory and method of educational evaluation, this study makes a comparative study of the related index systems at home and abroad, and experts demonstrate, and so on. This paper defines the main elements of the cultivation of qualified personnel of undergraduate animal medicine vocational education in our country at present, makes use of Delphi (Delphi) method to carry out three rounds of expert consultation, and determines the index and index weight at all levels. The quality evaluation system of vocational education teachers in animal medicine specialty of undergraduate course was constructed, which included 8 first-grade indexes, 49 second-class indexes and 82 observation points. With reference to the ranking of specialties at home and abroad, the National Standards for Teaching quality in Animal Medicine, and the Standards for Secondary Vocational Teachers in China, the evaluation criteria of this evaluation system were studied and established. By referring to the list of Veterinary technician skills at Purdue University, the subject Standards of Veterinary Nurses in Britain, and the qualification criteria for undergraduate majors in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities stipulated by the Ministry of Education in the basic conditions for running higher Education (trial) > (EFDA [2004] 2), In this study, we established a list of undergraduate animal medicine students' skills assessment items and the training equipment standard for vocational education teachers of animal medicine major. This study established a group of experts according to the conditions of experts' selection. Through the qualitative analysis of the basic situation of experts and the quantitative analysis of the degree of authority of the expert group (the authority coefficient of the expert group is 0.804), the results show that the expert group has better representativeness and authoritativeness. The recovery rates of the questionnaires were all 100, which indicated that the experts had a higher recognition of the study, and the coordination coefficient of the eight first-level indexes was 0.996. The purpose of running a school, the source of students, the teaching process, the teaching resources, the quality of personnel training, the employment situation, and so on. The coordination coefficients of social reputation, innovation and characteristic index are respectively: 0. 0.996 / 0.947 / 0.923 / 0. 879 / 0. 998 / 0. 997 / 0. 993 / 0.998. The significance tests of above indexes are all P0.05. the results show that the determined index system and index weight are reasonable and reliable. The quality evaluation system of vocational education teachers in animal medicine specialty of undergraduate course is constructed, and its evaluation types, evaluation ideas and contents are all innovative. The evaluation system is professional, oriented and practical. It has laid a solid foundation for the quality evaluation of vocational education teachers in animal medicine.
