论中职美术教师在探究式教学中的地位和作用

【摘要】:职业教育课程教学改革的一个重要目的,就是要改变普遍存在的学生被动接受知识的学习方式,倡导学生主动参与的探究式学习,主张学生通过实际操作,从而增强探究和创新意识,学习科学研究方式,提升综合运用知识的能力。 美术教育是中职教育的核心课程之一,越来越多的人认识到美术教育在促进人的发展中所具有的独特作用。启用探究式教学,对扭转中职学生学习美术懈怠的局面,培养全面发展人才,具有积极的现实意义。探究式教学更加突出学生的主体地位,,强调学生的积极参与,探究式教学要精心设计探究计划,选择和组织恰当的材料,做好教学组织安排,指导教学过程,提高学生的审美观,有利于学生素质的全面发展。本文通过对探究式教学国内外的研究现状的分析,以及中职教师教学的现状分析,得出当今职业教育还存在一些误区,其中包括教育课程的改革和教师教学方式的改革,通过这些分析得出探究式教学方式在中职美术课程中启用的必要性,并且重点研究中职教师在探究式教学中的地位和作用。只有教师明确了探究式教学的重要性,明确自己在这种教学方式中的地位和作用,才能让探究式教学得以推广。才能达到让学生从“教会”变成“学会”,让学生学会学习,学会思考,学会创造。
[Abstract]:One of the important purposes of the reform of vocational education curriculum teaching is to change the prevailing learning mode of students' passive acceptance of knowledge, to advocate students' active participation in inquiry learning, and to advocate students' practice. In order to enhance the awareness of inquiry and innovation, learning scientific research methods, improve the ability of comprehensive use of knowledge. Art education is one of the core courses of secondary vocational education. More and more people realize the unique role of art education in promoting the development of human beings. It is of positive practical significance to develop talents in an all-round way. Inquiry teaching emphasizes the main position of the students, emphasizes the active participation of the students, and the inquiry teaching should carefully design the inquiry plan, select and organize the appropriate materials. It is beneficial to the all-round development of students' quality to make good teaching organization arrangement, to guide the teaching process, to improve students' aesthetic standards, and to analyze the current research situation of inquiry teaching both at home and abroad, as well as the current situation of secondary vocational school teachers' teaching. It is concluded that there are still some misunderstandings in vocational education nowadays, including the reform of educational curriculum and the reform of teachers' teaching method. Through these analyses, the necessity of using inquiry teaching method in art course of secondary vocational school is obtained. And focus on the status and role of secondary vocational teachers in inquiry teaching. Only teachers have made clear the importance of inquiry teaching and their own position and role in this kind of teaching. Only then can the inquiry teaching be popularized, the students be changed from "church" to "learn", the students can learn to learn, to think and to create.
