职业院校隐性思想政治教育现状及优化对策

【摘要】:隐性思想政治教育已在我国职业院校广泛开展,但仍存在教学目的不明确、教学内容单一化、教学手段不丰富、教学评价有缺陷等问题,应整合职业院校现有的教育资源,建立教学大纲,强化独立性,挖掘教学辅助资源,进行校本下的文化整合,突出文化的信息交互功能,探索可行的过程评价方法,并以知行结合强化学生的主观体验,以平等交流影响学生的职业态度,通过多种途径建立问题集合,以修炼心性激发学生的主观意识,以日常偏好促使学生自我强化,着力引入实践教学,进而在宏观和微观两个层面对隐性思想政治教育进行优化。
[Abstract]:The Recessive Ideological and political education has been widely carried out in our country occupation colleges, but there are still unclear teaching purpose, teaching contents, teaching means, teaching evaluation is not rich, have defects, should integrate the existing education resources occupation colleges, the establishment of the syllabus, strengthen the independence of mining teaching resources, cultural integration based the information interactive function outstanding culture, explore feasible method to evaluate, and with the combination of knowledge and strengthen students' subjective experience to influence students' occupation attitude of equal communication, through a variety of ways to build a collection of problems, to stimulate students' subjective consciousness to practicing mind, to encourage students to self strengthen daily preference, focus on the introduction of practical teaching, and in the face of the Recessive Ideological and political education to optimize the macro and micro two levels.
