高职院校“产教创一体化”育人模式研究

【摘要】：高职院校针对综合性育人平台匮乏、"双创"教育与专业教育脱节等实际问题,集聚政、行、校、企多方资源与力量,优势互补,重构专业与"双创"交融的课程体系,打造多功能育人平台,创建"产教创一体化"育人模式;通过合理组建育人共同体、建立"三能型"师资队伍、创新运行机制等得力举措,确保育人新模式有效运行,开辟了职业教育创新发展新路径。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of comprehensive education platform and the disconnection between "double creation" education and professional education, higher vocational colleges and universities focus on various resources and forces, such as government, business, school and enterprise, complement each other with their advantages, and reconstruct the curriculum system of combining major and "double creation". To create a multi-functional education platform, to create a "production, education and creation integration" education model, and to ensure the effective operation of the new education model through the rational establishment of the education community, the establishment of the "three abilities" teaching staff, and the innovation of the operating mechanism, and other effective measures to ensure the effective operation of the new education model. It has opened up a new path for the innovation and development of vocational education.
