【摘要】：良好的职业精神是中职生步入社会、走向职场需要具备的基本职业素质,是综合素质必不可少的一部分。职业精神的养成不仅有利于推动经济社会的可持续发展、落实职业教育改革的要求,还有利于实现中职生的角色转换、促进其个人发展。然而,中职学校的学生普遍存在职业认知不够清晰、职业理想不够明确以及职业态度不够端正等问题。因此,学校要积极有所作为,发挥课程教学、实践活动、榜样力量、班集体、校园文化的育人功能,促使中职生职业精神的初步养成。
[Abstract]:The good professional spirit is the basic professional quality which the secondary vocational students need to have in the world of work and is an indispensable part of the comprehensive quality. The cultivation of the professional spirit is not only conducive to promoting the sustainable development of the economy and society, The implementation of the requirements of vocational education reform is also conducive to the realization of secondary vocational students' role change, and to promote their personal development. However, students in secondary vocational schools generally do not have a clear understanding of their occupation. Vocational ideal is not clear enough and professional attitude is not correct enough and so on. Therefore, schools should actively make some achievements, give full play to the educational function of curriculum teaching, practical activities, example power, class collective, campus culture, etc. To promote the vocational spirit of secondary vocational students.
