高职院校实施文化素质教育的困境与出路——基于教师视角的调查分析

【摘要】：文化素质教育在本科院校取得了重要成就,对高职教育有着重要借鉴作用。在高职教育发展过程中,有着"知识本位"、"能力本位"等的误区,应该处理好高职教育中"职业性"与"教育性"的矛盾,走向"素质本位"。从高职院校教师的视角,学生素质现状与教师参与程度之间、学校重视程度与师生积极性之间存在反差,需要在高职院校教师育人理念、学校运行机制等方面加以改进。
[Abstract]:Cultural quality education has made important achievements in colleges and universities, and has important reference function for higher vocational education. In the course of the development of higher vocational education, there are some misunderstandings such as "knowledge standard", "ability standard" and so on. We should deal with the contradiction between "occupation" and "education" in higher vocational education, and move towards "diathesis standard". From the perspective of teachers in higher vocational colleges, the present situation of students' quality and the degree of teachers' participation should be dealt with. There is a contrast between the degree of school attention and the enthusiasm of teachers and students, which need to be improved in the aspects of teachers' education concept and school operation mechanism in higher vocational colleges.
