论职业教育的产品属性及其产品属性的可赋予性

【摘要】:职业教育不仅是人类基于自身生存发展的需要而建构起来的,而且是不同的共同体基于自身的需要而历史地建构起来的。由此所决定,每一个国家或民族对于职业教育的建构以及对于建构的职业教育的使用,都可以赋予其符合历史条件和现实的合理需要的属性。我国职业教育的产品属性的确定不仅要以公共产品理论为基础,而且要结合我国的政治制度、经济体制和历史文化影响的现状。职业教育产品消费的竞争性和受益的非排他性决定了它是介于纯公共产品和私人产品之间的准公共产品,而在社会主义市场经济体制的背景下,政府应该强调职业教育的公共性、公益性,将职业教育定位为公共性程度较高的准公共产品。
[Abstract]:Occupation education is not only the human need for their survival and development based on the constructed, and is a different community based on their needs and historical construction. Therefore, every country or nation for the construction of occupation education and occupation education for construction, can give the reasonable need to conform to the historical the conditions and practical properties. Determine the product attribute of Chinese occupation education should not only on the basis of public products, and to combine our country's political system, economic system and the status of the influence of history and culture. The occupation education products consumption competition and benefit from the non exclusive determines that it is between the pure public goods and private products of quasi public products, and in the background of the socialist market economic system, the government should focus on public welfare, occupation education, occupation education Breeding is a quasi public product with higher public degree.
