茶文化思想对高职教育教学管理改革的影响

【摘要】：由于我国的职业教育起步较晚,教学管理方面还存在着这样那样的问题,需要在教学创新实践中不断加以改革,以适应人才市场变化的需求。而我国的茶文化历经千年而不衰,其间蕴含着很多管理精髓。笔者认为,在高职教育改革创新路线上,茶文化所表现的哲学思想,能够对教学管理改革带来很多启发。本文从茶文化的角度出发,提出了茶文化对于高职教育教学管理改革的一些粗浅看法,供相关人士参考。
[Abstract]:Due to the late start of vocational education in our country, there are still some problems in teaching management, which need to be reformed constantly in the teaching innovation practice to meet the needs of the changing talent market. However, the tea culture of our country has not declined after thousands of years. The author believes that in the innovation line of higher vocational education, the philosophy of tea culture can bring a lot of inspiration to the reform of teaching management. This paper puts forward some superficial views of tea culture on the reform of teaching management in higher vocational education for the reference of relevant personages.
