基于学生需求的我国高职专升本政策问题研究

【摘要】:我国现阶段将面临建设学习型社会、构建终身学习体系这一重要的战略任务,这将成为我国现代化建设和小康社会建设的重要组成部分,同时也给我国教育领域的变革和发展带来新的机遇和挑战,并将促进我国教育事业的发展。加快转变经济发展方式,加快建设创新型国家,离不开职业教育培养的技术和技能人才。当前,为提高我国广大劳动者的素质,切实推进现代化建设,必须将重视和发展职业教育作为我国实现经济和社会全面高速发展的首要任务和重要手段,,这就要求我们必须更加重视建立职业教育体系。 发展我国普通高校专升本教育,不仅是我国经济发展和社会进步的要求,也是高等教育大众化进程中对高等教育结构、高等教育类型多样化要求的必然选择,更是构建灵活开放的终身教育体系,搭建终身学习“立交桥“的重要举措。 本文在教育学基本理论的基础上,从高职学生需求的角度对我国高职专升本政策进行研究,并基于高职学生的需求对专升本政策的合理性进行分析。本文的研究企图为教育公平理论、高等教育大众化理论和劳动力市场分割理论提供新的实证证明和经验上的理论解释,同时本研究能为高职学生专升本政策的制定者进行正确的决策提供参考和帮助,从而引导社会教育资源的正确流向和合理配置,并促进终身教育体系和学习立交桥的构建。 本研究的关键之处是以教育学基本理论为基础,运用文献研究法和实证调查法,通过对我国中央以及地方专升本政策的相关政策文本、文件、国内外专家学者关于专升本政策的研究专著、论文、等文献资料进行整理,对专升本政策的历史演变与现状进行全面的梳理;通过对高职学生和参加过专升本考试已经进入本科阶段学习的学生这两类与专升本政策相关的群体进行调查,了解他们对专升本政策的看法,通过对高职学生专升本的需求分析,提出专升本政策的改革建议。 本文的研究表明,高职学生在对专升本升学途径、专升本比例、专升本接收院校以及报考专业方面表现出强烈的需求,现行的专升本政策与学生的需求之间存在差距和矛盾。本文提出健全和完善高职专升本政策的建议,将有利于我国高素质应用型人才的培养和普通高等教育与职业教育之间实现良性沟通,同时也能促使我国设立更加合理完善的现代职业教育体系,并对我国和谐社会的建设、终身教育体系的构建产生重要的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:At this stage, our country will be faced with the important strategic task of building a learning society and a lifelong learning system, which will become an important part of our modernization and the construction of a well-off society. At the same time, it will also bring new opportunities and challenges to the reform and development in the field of education in China, and will promote the development of education in our country, accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development, and speed up the construction of an innovative country. At present, in order to improve the quality of the vast number of workers in our country and to effectively promote the modernization drive, It is necessary to attach importance to and develop vocational education as the first task and important means to realize the rapid development of economy and society in our country, which requires us to pay more attention to the establishment of vocational education system. It is not only the requirement of economic development and social progress, but also the inevitable choice of the higher education structure and the diversification of higher education types in the process of popularization of higher education. It is also an important measure to build a flexible and open lifelong education system and an overpass for lifelong learning. Based on the basic theory of pedagogy, this paper studies the policy of higher vocational college promotion from the point of view of the demand of higher vocational students. This paper attempts to provide new empirical proof and empirical theoretical explanation for the theory of educational equity, the theory of higher education popularization and the theory of labor market segmentation. At the same time, this study can provide reference and help for the policy makers of higher vocational college students to make correct decision, so as to guide the correct direction and rational allocation of social education resources, and promote the construction of lifelong education system and learning overpass. The key point of this study is based on the basic theory of pedagogy, using the method of literature research and empirical investigation, through the relevant policy texts, documents, Domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the policy of monographs, papers, and other documents to sort out the historical evolution of the policy and the current situation of a comprehensive comb; Through the investigation of the higher vocational students and the students who have entered the undergraduate stage of studying in the undergraduate level examination, the two groups related to the undergraduate promotion policy are investigated to find out their views on the undergraduate promotion policy. Based on the analysis of the demand of higher vocational college students, the paper puts forward the reform suggestions of the policy. The research in this paper shows that higher vocational students have a strong demand on the way of higher vocational education, the proportion of higher vocational students, the receiving colleges of higher vocational college and the major of applying for entrance examination. There is a gap and contradiction between the current policy and the needs of the students. It will be beneficial to the cultivation of high-quality applied talents and the healthy communication between ordinary higher education and vocational education. At the same time, it will also promote the establishment of a more reasonable and perfect modern vocational education system and the construction of a harmonious society in our country. The construction of lifelong education system has important theoretical and practical significance.
