基于同质性审视的高职应用型本科工程教育研究

【摘要】：我国经济正在进行供给侧结构改革,经济发展步入新常态,产业转型升级亟需大批量高端技术技能应用型人才。在现代职业教育体系的构建与完善过程中,本科层次高等职业教育实践探索先行,亟待理念层面的正名,并明确方向性的规划和指引。笔者理性审视职业教育与工程教育的同质性,指出两种类型教育在人才培养模式、情景化教学实施和"双师型"教师队伍建设等方面的实践性同质与关联,进而提出高职应用本科工程教育人才培养规划的原则、思路以及职业能力培养取向,并指出现场工程师导向的专业课程行动。
[Abstract]:China's economy is undergoing supply-side structural reform, economic development has entered a new normal, industrial transformation and upgrading needs a large number of high-end technical skills applied talents. In the process of construction and improvement of modern vocational education system, The practice of higher vocational education at the undergraduate level is in advance, and it is urgent to correct the name of the concept level, and to make clear the planning and guidance of direction. The author rationally examines the homogeneity of vocational education and engineering education, and points out that the two types of education are in the mode of talent training. The practical homogeneity and correlation between the implementation of situational teaching and the construction of "double qualified" teachers, etc., and then puts forward the principles, ideas and vocational ability training orientation of the talents training planning of applied undergraduate engineering education in higher vocational colleges and universities. And pointed out the field engineer-oriented professional curriculum action.
