工科类高职学生职业能力现状及影响因素分析研究

【摘要】：职业能力综合水平是工科类高职生的核心竞争力。通过访谈或问卷调查工科类高职院校学生职业能力现状,运用教育统计学的方法对其有关数据进行评价、分析,发现影响职业能力的因素,指出工科类高职生职业能力现状中的不足,结合工科类高职生实际,从建构合理的分阶段的职业能力测评体系、加强对学生职业基本技能素质的培养、增设人文社会科学等通识教育课程、重视学生的职业心理教育工作、重视高职生的创新创业教育等5方面提出建议和策略。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive level of vocational ability is the core competence of the students in engineering higher vocational colleges. By means of interview or questionnaire survey, this paper evaluates and analyzes the relevant data by using the method of educational statistics. Find out the factors that affect the vocational ability, point out the deficiency of the present situation of the vocational ability of the engineering higher vocational students, combine the reality of the engineering higher vocational students, construct a reasonable and phased vocational ability evaluation system. To strengthen the cultivation of students' basic vocational skills, to add general education courses such as humanities and social sciences, to attach importance to the work of vocational psychological education of students, and to attach importance to the creative and entrepreneurial education of vocational college students, and to put forward five suggestions and strategies.
