以工匠精神为核心的技能型人才职业道德培育

【摘要】：分析了工匠精神的时代特征,以工匠精神为核心,从转变社会价值观、加强人文教育、增加跨学科知识、加强技能训练、优化师资队伍等方面入手,提出培育勇于担当、精益求精、追求卓越、用户至上的高职技能型人才职业道德的主要措施。培育工匠精神是高职技能型人才培养的必然选择。
[Abstract]:Analysis of the characteristics of the times artisan spirit, with artisan spirit as the core, from the transformation of social values, to strengthen humanities education, increase interdisciplinary knowledge, strengthen skills training, optimize the teaching staff and other aspects, put forward to cultivate the courage to play, excellence, the pursuit of excellence, the main measures of higher vocational talents occupation moral supremacy of the households. To cultivate the artisan spirit is the inevitable choice of talents training in higher vocational skills.
