中等职业学校专业教师标准开发探析

【摘要】：《国家中长期改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的发布,使我国职业教育的改革与发展进入了更加系统化、科学化、标准化的快车道。全面提升中等职业学校教师的专业化水平,加强"双师型"教师队伍的建设,能够有效推进中等职业教育的发展。在这一背景下,如何科学、合理地开发专业教师标准,显得尤为重要。切实深入实施调研、正确解读标准、突出实践能力标准、增强标准的可操作性是中等职业学校专业教师标准开发的关键性因素。
[Abstract]:The promulgation of the National Medium- and Long-term Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) has made the reform and development of vocational education in China enter a more systematic, scientific and standardized fast lane, and comprehensively enhance the professional level of teachers in secondary vocational schools. Strengthening the construction of "double-qualified" teachers can effectively promote the development of secondary vocational education. Under this background, how to develop the professional teacher standard scientifically and reasonably is particularly important. The key factors of the development of professional teachers' standards in secondary vocational schools are to correctly interpret the standards, to highlight the standards of practical ability and to enhance the operability of the standards.
