重庆市高职院校单独招考的实践与反思

【摘要】:现行的高等职业教育的招考制度存在许多不合理之处,通过以参加高考的统考方式来选拔高等职业教育人才,这对于高等职业教育而言是不科学、不合理也是不公平的,恰逢近几年高校自主招生考试如火如荼的进行,取得了许多改革的经验,许多研究者提出了这样的思考,也许我们可以在对高校自主招生考试改革经验进行借鉴的基础上,以高职院校招生考试制度改革为突破口,从入口上把握好高职院校生源的数量、质量和规格,采用科学合理的人才选拔方式,进一步推进分层分类的入学考试制度,扩大高职院校的规模,提高高等教育的质量,培养社会所需职业技能之才。 本研究共分为四个部分: 第一部分为绪论,明确选题缘由和研究意义,对已有的研究进行综述并阐述研究思路和方法。 第二部分阐述了高职院校单独招考是为了引导学生向高职教育合理分流,实现人才资源的合理配置等原因上兴起的。其特点有招生批次提前、录取标准多元、招收对象的多样性、录取成功后不参加高考,并对重庆市高职院校单独招考院校数量规模、招生和报名人数情况、录取比例的现状进行了分析。 第三部分为高职院校单独招考实践中问题研究,通过分析存在的原因并进行反思。本部分主要在基于现状分析和访谈的基础上,提出重庆市高职院校单独招考实践中存在考核方式和内容的不合理性和公平性等相关问题。 第四部分为针对反思结果提出相应的建议和对策。笔者认为,重庆市高职院校单独招考的良好发展应该采用健全相关制度和监督机制以及提升高职院校办学内涵等等相应的对策和措施。
[Abstract]:There are many unreasonableness in the current recruitment system of higher vocational education. It is unscientific, unreasonable and unfair to select talents of higher vocational education by taking part in the college entrance examination. In recent years, the independent entrance examination of colleges and universities is in full swing and has gained many experiences of reform. Many researchers have put forward such thinking. Perhaps we can learn from the experience of the reform of independent enrollment examination in colleges and universities. Taking the reform of enrollment examination system in higher vocational colleges as the breakthrough point, grasping the quantity, quality and specifications of students in higher vocational colleges from the entrance, adopting a scientific and reasonable talent selection method, further promoting the stratified and classified entrance examination system. Expand the scale of higher vocational colleges, improve the quality of higher education, and cultivate the vocational skills needed by the society. This study is divided into four parts:. The first part is the introduction, which clarifies the reason and significance of the research, summarizes the existing research and expounds the research ideas and methods. In the second part, the author expounds the rise of the individual entrance examination in higher vocational colleges in order to guide students to reasonably divert to higher vocational education and realize the rational allocation of talent resources, which is characterized by early enrollment batches, multiple admission standards, and so on. The diversity of the enrollment objects, the successful enrollment of the college entrance examination, and the number of colleges and universities in Chongqing, enrollment and enrollment, the current situation of admission ratio were analyzed. The third part is the research on the problems in the practice of individual entrance examination in higher vocational colleges. This part is mainly based on the analysis of the current situation and interviews, through the analysis of the reasons for the existence and reflection. The irrationality and fairness of examination methods and contents in the practice of individual entrance examination in higher vocational colleges in Chongqing are put forward. The 4th part is to put forward the corresponding suggestion and countermeasure in view of the reflection result. The good development of Chongqing vocational colleges should adopt the relevant system and supervision mechanism and promote the connotation of running higher vocational colleges and so on.
